As some of you already said, if Somalis can't build, can't govern and can't go forward, let the foreigners take a shot at this.

This is probably the most important thing we Somalis in the West don't have a habit of discussing. What do you do to stay healthy? What do you do to control your weight? How is your eating habit? I am not 20 years old anymore, and I am finding it is harder to keep the pounds off. Somali food is blessed with the dreaded carbs and fat.
