Kadafi, we know what Illey is capable of, and all the human rights abuses. However, unionists, nationalists, secessionists, regionalist … every kind of SOLer understood the importance of safeguarding the Somali region's territorial integrity and autonomy regardless of how Illey got there in the first place.
