Great piece. I don't see how it makes sense to dismantle PMPF by taking it under the wings of SFG. For one, the SFG has not shown itself to be partner capable of running such complex organization. The second point is that if Puntland is to finish-off and eliminate the dying piracy once for all, it needs to do so by having direct control over advanced resources such as PMPF.
