Hotel Shaamow: Twist as new Pics emerge : Shocking
Dhubad. replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
Woow, what a twist......I was actually one of the people who were certain Al-Shabaab's involvement. Ilaahay hanaga cafiyo. Hubsiimo Halbaa la Siistaa comes to mind. The best way to react to such news is to be open minded and observe a lot before you come into a conclusion! -

Maadeey, Sheekadu khalad way ka wayntahay, Al-shabaab waxay aaminsanyihiin inay qofkasta oo ka soo horjeesto fikir ahaan uu target yahay. Dadaka muslimka ah ayay gaalaysiiyaan, marka maxaytahay waxa lagu taageeri karo? Waa jirtaa in Al-shabaab meelaha ay xukumaan ay aad u nabadbadantay, marka hadaad leedahay nabadaas ayaa ka muhiimsan dhiiga dadak muslimka ah oo la daadiyo ama la gaalaysiiyo waa arinkale ayaduna, anigu wax lagu taageeri karo ma arko maadaama ay CAQIIDO khaldan ay haystaan

Maadeey, xataa hadaysan ka danbaynin falkaan wuxuushnimada ah ee maanta Mogadishu ka dhacay, soo maysan horay u soo samaynin fal kan lamid ah ? Marka Diinta dhigaysa in dad masaakiin ah oo meel iskugu yimi la banaysto dhiigooda oo bamb lagu qarxiyo waa tee? Teeda kale haday cadaato inay ka danbeeyaan Al-shabaab falkaan wali miyaad taageeraysaa?

The brutal murder of Ibrahim Cadow what it means
Dhubad. replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
Originally posted by Sophist: Cawaale, we are all saddened and shocked at this savage attack. However, in a court of law (criminal court that is) circumstantial evidence doesn't cut bro. All I am saying is that from political view it doesn’t serve any interest to eliminate Adow and his ilk in the cabinet. Sophist I see where you are coming from but remember Al-Shabaab are the only group who practice suicide bombing method that is why people are so quick to point finger at them. Also, you will notice in the coming few days, they will keep quite as nothing happened!! They can not be called Mujaahidiin, they assassinate and kill whoever they think is threat to their way of thinking. Wadadii xaqa ayay ka beereen. -
Ilaahay ha unaxariisto Janada Fardoowsana haka waraabiyo inshallah.

Two kidnapped journalists are freed in Somalia Two foreign journalists kidnapped in Somalia by militants in August 2008 have been freed by their captives, reports say. Canadian Amanda Lindhout and Australian Nigel Brennan are reported to be in a hotel in the capital Mogadishu. Somali MP Ahmed Diiriye told the Reuters news agency that officials had spent eight days seeking their release. Giving few further details about how their release was secured, he said they were handed over by militia. Somalia has been without an effective government since 1991, and journalists and humanitarian workers are frequently kidnapped. The freelance journalists had been working for Western media organisations when they were captured. Alarm raised Somali journalist and interpreter Abdifatah Mohammed Elmi was kidnapped with them but was released in January. They were taken following a trip to visit displaced people outside the city. The alarm was raised when they failed to return to their hotel after a few hours. Police spokesman Col Abdulhai Hassan Barise said the two journalists were currently in the hotel with police. It is not known if a ransom was paid for their release. Earlier this year British journalist Colin Freeman and Spanish photographer Jose Cendon were released after being held by Somali kidnappers for 40 days.
