Now getting back to your argument that elections will not be held in Sool, Sanaag and Hawd well what can I say.I will not deny that.Sanaag constitutes 6 districts there will be elections in 4.Sool constitutes 2 districts and the district of Ainabo will have elections.There is no such place as Hawd,never has been never will be.The people of those areas are free to make their choice and join who so ever they wish to form a union with,no body can deny them that.Period But that is not the issue at hand here.I just mentioned the elections in good jest.I wanted to highlight how this nation has emerged from anarchy only 12 years ago to hold democratic elections where people without fear or hate will select a candidate of their choice and how without help from the outside world today enjoys peace and stability that eludes many a nation and how this can easily be simulated in other parts of Somalia. My dear Xassan what I am saying is do not seek solace in the arms of a stranger when you can easily get that from within. Ethiopians or Kenyans have no mercy for you but people from Somaliland do,they are your people and not your enemies.

Just wanna know why something of this magnitude isn't even being brought up by a single member? Or is it wrong to assume people measure Somali current affairs in terms of the blood that is shed. I personally feel this is a monumental achievement for not only the people of Somaliland but for all Somalis.It should be seen as an alternative to the anarchy that haunts Somalis and should be seen as a stepping stone which all Somalis should emulate.

Interesting indeed, Tagane I am a second generation reer magal before that I hail from a long line of proud nomads who had tradition,respect and utmost pride unlike the Somalis of today who possess none of the virtues of a nomad.I think this word exemplifies what Somalis were and aren't today.Markaas Tagaanow not only you but all of us in here aren't worthy of the title nomad but at least its the thought that counts.

Interesting but let me just add a few pointers here. 1-Every girl wants to marry a guy who is financially stable or assumes that he is financially stable but in most cases by the time the girl finds out that all the money he spent on her was either on Credit cards or borrowed from friends she is well on her way to her second pregnancy. 2-No guy in here would ever say that he wants to marry a girl better off than him.But I sure as hell wouldn't mind marrying a sister with a lil dough in the bank.Might hasten my reirement:)
