i agree with both of ya , AIDS in Africa is the number killer now and if we have spared the scourage we might avoid that by educating our youth NOW b4 its too late.As for the other diseases I agree they should adopt a 2 pronged attack one on educating the public of AIDS and the other fighting those diseaases that are treatable.
