Thanks for the update , Mintid. Both reports are inline with what is fed to us from Kismayo. The PM is in a very bad, untenable position with respect to Jubbaland. He is perceived to be the shadow of the man who appointed him and came to Kismayo unprepared. So far there is no clannish dimension to the conflict. It is the government vs the locals.
