The Jubbaland is a declaration of war against the Somali people.

oba, knows what he is talking about , he is against federalism not people of jubbooyinka . His problem the people of jubbooyinka has moved on, while oba is arguing about the federalism -

Oba is filling in for xaaji xunjuf to pray war in Kismayo Xaaji i heard is busy praying for violence in Puntland after the impressive capture of robbers in Boosaaso -
^^that is the question, why would you keep my house and farm when you, just like me, are perfectly capable of creating a halaal wealth. Oh it was not about the taking wealth , it was more about punishing me , inflicting a pain on me, Oba. I know that you know the kitchen table stories ... So read the book, waan ku cafiyey hadda, iisoo celi xoolayahygii hana inkirn, no buts or howevers

^^I don't take you seriously when you even cannot admit the difficulty choices you are facing, awoowe. I am not a brainwashed kid in Hargeysa who takes serious the false geography lesson thought in Hargeysa, Burco schools , and fights for it in Buuhoodle I am confident for I understand the ways of the world; Somalia in the context of Horn of Africa region, the Mothers in the North, and other factors that drive this thing. You on the other hand are busy hiding your droppings in a day light. Face the reality

Sakaaro saxaro muuqata ayey is tiraahdaa aas is more apt analogy as our Northern brother in Hadhwanaagnews wrote to current SL's leadership rudderless foreign policy In case you did not understand what 'Sakaaro saxaro muuqata ayey is tiraahdaa aas' means , think of it as the attemp of a deer to hide its droppings

^^What thing becomes reality ? a recognition of Somaliland which is what you promised would happen ? Waad madiixaysaa (if you understand what 'madiix' means. ), siyaasadna madiix ma leh awoowe. As we said, current political discourse with respect of separatist aspirations is taking a turn. Talks with Somalia (which everyone knows involve peaceful integration with Somalia), and not recognition, is the talk of Somaliland. And NGONGE is happy the fact that they are taking place. It is blessing from Allah , we the unionist can not complain

^^Your fly analogy signifies you are an angry man (like most separatists seem to be) due to the radical change of Somalia's political environment. Adeer saaka waxba badan kuma bari karo, marka tafaasiisha aad goobayso kaama foga ee nin jabay baa tahay ps. let me check Hadhwanaagnews for more analysis of the Hargeysa situation

I realize it is a bit slippery to consider when making policies the civil war experiences and still move the country forward. The risk is rekindling painful memories that breed mistrust among the very society one wants to lead. Yet there is no practical way to avoid what took place without seeming insensitive leader who at best dismisses the collective raw feelings of an entire segments (segment here primarily means an age group) of Somali society. But there is a middle way. President Hassan needs to find one such middle course

^^Something is eating you from behind when you insist on dwelling fly analogies . Relax, hasty NGONGE, and read the points I raised in the context of my respond to Stoic. Better yet read the theme of the thread You cannot just jump with a tiny cali falaax on in a discussion that vastly progressed with dhowr qodob oo kugu taagan

Lidwien Kapteijns’ book is an important addition to Somali studies. She uses popular poems, radio broadcasts, and extensive oral interviews to analyze the genesis, fomenting, and perpetuation of hate speech, and the employment of code words. The book is at its strongest when Kapteijns delves into the use of poetry and oral recordings to explain the violence that had engulfed Somalia in early 1990s. This is a-must-read book for every Somali who wants to know what happened in 1991. It is especially important for Somali leaders who want to bring a lasting change to Somalia because the process of uncovering the truth and dealing with it is only the beginning of the healing process. http://www.wardheernews.com/clan-cleansing-in-somalia-a-book-review/

^^That is a tit for tat I guess ...but I am sure one of us is basing his analysis on a biased narrative . What is taking place in Jubbaland deserves praise, encouragement and support. It is a manifestation of peace ---there is nothing to fear , NORTH

Stoic, you are speaking with a voice cracked with emotions. Lets be rationale about the whole thing. Start with the fact that Somaliland is composed on clans just like any other region. Add the fact that Somaliland survives on aid money and the taxes it collects from its business community. Based on those three factors, the religion of separatism could not be reasonably sustained in the long term. I agree the aspiration of certain segments of Somaliland society (perhaps by majority) is real and is deeply wished for. But I am saying as long Somalia's federal government is genuine to accommodate the separatist region, an unbearable pressure will be continuously put on the Hargeysa admin.

^you would have a point if the Federal Parliament was the one making the constitutional charges against this process. It is not, and frankly it cannot effectively be. So this executive overreach from Hassan Sheekh shall be ignored. In today's Somalia one cannot govern by decrees
-
For those familiar with Kismayo, this moment, this initiative of piece and governance is quite historic ...
-
North, what is discussed (and passed per The Zack's breaking report) is the state charter, not the federal constitution you employed to shoot down the whole thing
