Tallaabo;937403 wrote: ^ Dr Osman we know you are intelligent man and your elites like Abdul Wali Gaas are untouchable, but we do believe that the census is wrong and our minister rightly protested because the following groups were not counted: 1. Those nomads who have crossed the Ethiopia border in search of green grass. 2. Those Landers who were out to demonstrate in support of our negotiating team in Istanbul. 3. Those Landers who have gone to Mogadisho to get some cash from Qoslaaye. 4 And last but not least you guys counted the Oromos in Puntland but our Xaaji Xunjuf deported those in Somaliland. :D Tani waa shul -

Spoilers of Jubaland State blocked from entering Kenya
xiinfaniin replied to The Zack's topic in Politics
That Carafaat script represents an online foodley is a common knowledge, whether the angry Dabrow feigns surprise is not going to change that. On the merits of this discussion, we repeated for the nth time, that we do not see a problem with Kenya or any other AMISOM country operating in Somalia as part of security stabilization. Those who are not happy with Kismayo progress for clannish reasons can continue their farts -

Carfaat, Spare the crocodile tears, you are a little foodley who somehow thinks it is cool to fart in the assembly of elders. Kenya or no Kenya, Jubbaland is here to stay. It has people , deked, wabi, and qubo -

^^Perhaps the allegation of pirates crunching UN numbers is not credible and the minister is fighting with hard facts Facts, mr Saalax, will come out and when they do they will show that not only your geography was wrong but the perception you created for your 3 mother clan will crumble -

Carafaat, the internet foodley , Kenya is my second home, and I am perfectly content with the relationship between Kenya and Somalia. Yours is nothing more than a clannish man's frustrations ---you are resenting the rise of teh clan block whom you somehow despise and hate. Ma ku dhuusaysaa , ilaah bey leeyihiine -

^^LOL@kikuyu caravan Dabrow, cuqdada iska saar bro, if you oppose Jubbaland, oppose it on other grounds i.e. clan dynamics , constitutional disputes, but depicting Kenya as a colonial power is taking what is essentially an internal political difference to another level. Last time I looked at Hassan's pics with Uhuru, they seemed happy and neighborly ---not sure what angle you are coming at this -
^^honestly I don't know all the details ---I believe no one does at this point. The constitution provides general legal framework for the creation of federal states. If there is no border dispute , the process of approving a federal state is very straight forward . If there are border disputes , then a commission will be required, and it could take time. In Jubbaland's case, since the three regions are very well defined, we don't anticipate any border disputes.

^^Zack and Xiinfaniin are not here to change your clannish mind about the conference. Our commentary is about those who talk loud when they are in Mogadishu , yet play meek when in Kenya to protect their business interest. they are naive like you depicting Kenya as an Imperial power with colonial schemes for south Somalia -

STOIC;937056 wrote: ^The link doesn't point out the final results. It only talks about the methodology to be used..Someone post what the final numbers are? And it is the very methodology that the Somaliland Minister is contesting here after it become apparent it may not fetch the numbers Hargeysa administration were expecting... There are no final numbers yet. It is a prelimenary survey results from Puntland which our brothers in Hargeysa did not like -
The constitution has been adopted. The president will be elected by the delegates , and not by parliaments. Candidates for Jubbaland state leadership are being accepted. It is a slow process in practice as it should be, but it is expected to end mid next week.

Gheelle.T;937043 wrote: It's your minister who's angry here. I am not sure why would he care about the population of other foreign lands, PL or Somalia in that matter if he's minister of a sovereignty nation(SL). LOL Gheelle, unlike our online Northern brothers the Minister knows the truth. Pay attention how he talks the 3 UN survey teams, one for Puntland, one for Mogadish and the rest of the South Central, and the other for Somaliland. The distinction is very clear So he must care the outcome -

^^Yes I listened Odey Xaad. It is not the Odey Xaad himself that bothers me as much as the culture that anointed him as the spokesperson elder of Mogadishu elders. I even heard Odey Xaad was invited to the judicial reform conference that was recently concluded Odey Xaad said, the Jubbaland folks are naturally weak and as soon as they establish a state we shall chase them away from the region -
Dawladnimaa muuqata marka dhabta loo hadlo I wish government's priorities could be more reflective of the reality (political and security) on the ground to fully leverage the window of opportunity that is extended to them
