^^Tell that to the Geelle man, he's being difficult customer today. Adeer jooji waxa. And read macaalim fii dhariiq.
-
camel herder, i dont know you people are being difficult today. We are talking A & T's theme adeer, reread what is written. and why be defensive if you like the story?
-
^^that was expected from you. No breaking news there.

Afro Girl is good girl.

To beat good A & T into shape in terms of his outlook in life and how he chooses to express it, i prescribe Sayid Quttub's Manifesto, the Milestones, for him. There A & T will find a clear sign posts that will come handy as he writes his stories. Although the old arab Jahiliyah is long gone, in this Menifesto, A & T will inshaa Allah come to understand the charactersitics of the new Jahiliyah. My hope is that after the man dives in the jewels in that book, he will emerge equipped with new and enhanced ways of expressing his artistray without allowing his interesting characters dwell on what they dwell on now Problem is as long NGONGE is around i dont think neither i nor A & T can achieve these goals.

^^Perhaps you are due for the second?

A & T, Today I seriously tried to read your piece and offer a positive critique on your ability to compose well-written short stories. But as I read your piece, I could not help but notice this disturbing theme in your stories. There is a surge of sexuality in most of your stories adeer at least the ones I remember. Why is that?
-
Stoic, we must talk. You are in danger, saaxiibi.
-
Hayyam, that's what i am talking about? The manners, which is Islams basic teachings are sadly missing. This is not generalizing runtii...i have seen this many times. Warmonger, it seems to me you've deliberately decided to be difficult here. We are not talking about perfectionism and what have you. I am asking why it's so difficulty for people to get organized and repair their broken sewages, clean their streets, or take care of the piling trashes in their neighborhood. Dont tell me its lack of resouces or time for the ones i saw have blenty of both in their hands. You travel from Nairobi to Garisa, and one the remarkable alerts that indicates you entered Somali territory is the rubbish you see in the streets. The poor Kenyans have their little villages clean adeer...why? I was told the same thing in Boosaaso and Xamar. Why?
-
^^do you fast then yaa Stoic?
-
^^what happened to your plan of marying in this month?
-
^ LX, i think it's more than that. perhaps it has something to do with what we focus on or those in the dacwah majaal focus on. The focus has been on the theological stuff and not on the basic mucaamaalaat and akhlaaqiyaas, i think.

^^wise words there ya Lily. Wormonger is missing the point here. Granted my write up is not the most coherent one (i was trying to gather scattered thoughts of mine to capture the essense of that xaddith), but you should at least understand the point I am trying to make here bro/sister(which ever you are). In almost every aspect of our life, the strengeness of Islam is felt. Look at how we manage things, how we approach confidentiality, how lightly we take laws, and how we do mucaamalah and deal with each other, and deal with other nonMuslims. Forget who stayed long in the west and who is not. Just think along those lines and give your two cents... edit: General Zu i await your take on this.
