  1. Waranle, I am sorry brother but you are not making sense here. Before I pen waxa iga guuxayya answer me this simple question: 1) are you suggesting Sharif should have named some one from those regions clan wise, or someone from those regions in terms of alshabaab admin whose jurisdiction those regions fall? PS waqti badan yuu kaaga lumin qabiil spoting gangs aad ku celcelinayso. I can assure those warnings wont deter me to call a spade a spade awoowe.
  2. Disguise N waxaan ku mooday waa nonsense, I must add.

In fact, the resistance to the government is likely to increase in the above areas; and before you know it, this bad copy of the TFG will only command the southern side of Mahadaay village. The Hotel president should have been shrewed and appointed someone who commands political capital in say Baydhabo or Kismayo. Now this may not have solved the problem but it would surely show that there is a desire for change. Short of naming a Alshabaab commander for the pm post, tell us whom you would’ve liked the “Hotel President” name, the one you said would command 'political capital in those cities’? Yaad u duurxulaysaa awoowe?
  4. It was Ethiopia yesterday. Today it’s the pm coming from the wrong clan. Different arguments, similar objectives.

  16. ^^ Sharif will be a fine interior minister
  17. Xiin disapproves this flag. It's a poor design and has no rhythm. I heard there's a Cawaalle in Faroole's cabinet, Puntland might need his help as Somalia once did for his uncle.
  18. The pair reminds us a similar one when the republic was in its infancy.
  19. Ex-Somali president's son set to become PM DJIBOUTI, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Somalia's president has chosen Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, the U.S.-based son of a slain former leader, to be prime minister in a unity government intended to end civil war, government sources said. President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed's nomination was to be formally announced later on Friday in Djibouti, where Somali politicians are meeting, several senior government aides said. Ratification by parliament is expected to be a formality given new president Ahmed's wide backing in the legislature. Sharmarke, who has held various U.N. posts and was educated in the United States, is the son of Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, an elected president who was assassinated in 1969 during a military coup. He is a member of the ***** ethnic group, whereas Ahmed is ******. Somalia's government is meant to share key positions among the major communities. By choosing Sharmarke, Ahmed will hope to win support from the Somali diaspora and also bolster international support for his fledgling government, which has been set up under a U.N.-brokered peace process in Djibouti. The major challenge for both president and prime minister will be to face the threat of armed Islamist insurgents in Somalia led by the Al Shabaab group, which is on Washington's list of terrorist organisations. Al Shabaab says Ahmed's government is an illegitimate "puppet" administration put together by foreign powers. Although Ahmed is a moderate Islamist who used to lead a sharia courts movement in Somalia, al Shabaab denounces him as anti-Islamic.
