Ururka Xisbul Islaam oo shaaca ka qaaday in uu aqoonsan yahay Calanka Soomaaliya Khamiis, January 07, 2010(HOL): Xoghayaha guud ee Ururka Xisbul Islaam Sheekh Max'ed Macallin Xasan oo maanta shir jaraa'id ku qabtay Muqdisho ayaa sheegay in ururkoodu uu calanka Buluugga ah ee dhexda Xiddigta ku leh u aqoonsan yahay calanka Soomaaliya. Mas'uulkan ayaa sheegay in sidoo kale ay maamulkiisu ka warheleen qorshayaal ay ku doonayso Dowladdu inay ku weerarto deegaannada loo barakacay ee duleedka Muqdisho oo iyagu gacanta ku hayaan. "Calanka Soomaaliyeed waa astaanta Qaranka Soomaaliyeed, mana jirto heshiis lagu gaaray in la badalo oo uu Xisbigu wax ka ogyahay, isaga ayaana u aqoonsan nahay inuu yahay calanka Soomaaliya" ayuu yiri Sheekh Max'ed Macallin Xasan. Sheekh Mukhtaar Roobow Cali (Abuu-Mansuur) oo ka mid ah hoggaamiyeyaasha Xarrakatul Shabaabul Mujaahidiin ayaa dhawaan Magaalada Muqdisho ka sheegay in calanka Soomaaliya ay u aqoosan yihiin calanka madow ee Towxiidku ku qoran yahay, isagoo sheegay inaysan ogolaanayn in calan kale ay yeelato. "Qorshaha aan ka warhelnay wuxuu qeexayaa in weerar lagu soo yahay deegaano ay ka mid yihiin KM 13 iyo deegaanka Ceelasha biyaha, waxaana u sheegaynaa shacabka in taasi ay tahay mid lagu doonayo in lagu carqaladeeyo dagganaashaha goobahaas ka jirta" ayuu yiri Max'ed Macallin. Sidoo kale xoghayaha warfaafinta ee Xisbul Islaam wuxuu sheegay inay jiraan weerarro kale oo ku wajahan Suuqa Bakaaraha, taasoo la doonayo in lagu boobo hantida shacabka ee suuqaas taalla. Kala duwanaasho dhanka fikirka ah oo u dhexeysa Xarrakada Al-shabaab iyo ururka Xisbul Islaam ayaa soo baxaysay wixii ka dambeeyay markii ay labadan kooxood ku dagaalameen gacan ku haynta Magaalada Kismaayo ee Gobolka Jubbada hoose. LX, I am not sure what you are discussing here. I gave you what scholars say about the tafseer of the verse you often cite to invalidate the faith of current somali leaders. you are writing more grammer than truth awoowe, and even managed to confuse me about your stance. Do you beleive TFG is dawladah riddah? Its ministers? Soldeirs? Those who support them and side with them ? Make your stance first. Then bring your reasoning in the form of evidence.
-
^^Awoowe if you want maneeno there is a section for it.It's called Politics Section.
-
^^So halkaas bay kaaga dhegtay, eh? I told you where I think TFG fits in all of this. I can defend that position with evidence from authentic sources and furnish historical parallels if need be. Also dont get confused for the scenarios I posted are generic, and does not describe any specific entity. Please also note that this is theological debate, and unless you have something profound to contribute I suggest you be a silent reader because asking me why I am asking LX to ponder on some parts of the fatwa is just silly, yaa Ayyoubi. Where is Nur, and LX?
-
^What is it that you do not undrestand?
-
What you are probably forgetting is that alshabaab treat Somalis as pagans who need to be rescued from other orders. They are starting from scratch, and do not recognise these symbols as those of a Muslim people. And this is where umu Zam online persona comes in.
-
^^That is not what I implied. As I said before the issue of TFG is a capacity and infrustructure one. Thier makeshift parliament has even passed a law declaring Somalia's form of government as Islamic. So calling them as murtadiin is madness.

Bossaso: Assasins of MP captured within minutes

Koora, I think you do undrestand web sites are clannish portals, and not news portals. It does not matter what Horseed or Laasqoray write and wont have effect on the ground as who killed the slain mp. Puntland security will remain shaky unless an integrated security apparatus that serves the interest of the state is set up. Puntland does not have one today. -

Allaha u naxariisto ninka la dilay. Kuwa dilayna haddii la hayyo waa in loo qisaasaa. PIS baa ka danbeysay miyyaa la yiri? Kuwaa kheyr laguma sheegayn -
^^Nur dont fall into the trap of thinking the issues of today are one of aqiidah. That is where alshabaab went stray. What we are discussing is a fiqh related issues, not aqeedah. I dont think of Somalis fighting in Somalia as two parties adhering to two different religions, or ine with religion and the other murtad; i see the war as a fitnah war...my other threads give you an eagle's view of things.

You did awoowe, and found them guilty of apostasy, did you not yaa LX? Nur, The above compilations are NOT my opinion. In fact, I have had almost zero input on the explanations I posted above. It’s the way of the salaf. Read Albaani’s exegesis on kufri duuna kufri notion two pages above. As I told LX before, there is no disagreement on the concept of Iimaan between us. I agree with the parameters of Iimaan you put forth. But we are beyond that now, talking about the applications and fiqh surrounding it is the gist of this discussion. edit: Instead of discussing on the fringes of the issue of takfeer, it would be beneficial for the gallery to get to the crux of the matter of the takfeer issue as it applies to the current events. The stubborn question that refused to go away, which we have been asking for the last few months, is on what basis did alshabaab found an entire segment of Somalia’s political community(including the late ministers of Shamow and Beledweyne terror acts) murtaddiin, that is apostates whom the spill of their blood is permissible?
-
The chief benefit in the above compilations should be that observed actions and uttered words cannot be sufficient basis to invalidate one’s faith. Other factors, most important of which is the intent of the person in question, do play a vital role in deciding whether one is murtad or not. Having established that atom of Islamic fiqhi, we shall now turn on the question of dealing with non-believers and aiding them against believers (worst case scenario).

U.N. Food Agency Suspends Aid to Southern Somalia

Khayr was wrong, but the little aggrieved one is out of line as usual. Alshabaab is doing this for political reasons just like Aydid used to do, and the outcome will sadly be similar. -

^^A hasty statement that does not make any sense If they are supporting pirates why return the choice prize especially when the owners belong to a weak, angry entity
-
^^Hence the difference between an angry folks and cool fishermen who mind thier business in a judicious manner

^ As I said that community is known for returing your lost camels before, and it now returned the rescued boats. Somaliland would have declared that its navy captured an armed boat from Puntland that was intended to cause mischeif in the land

This is how Hanley describes the people he had come to respect in more ways than one: ''Of all the races of Africa, there cannot be one better to live among than the most difficult, the proudest, the bravest, the vainest, the most merciless, the friendliest: the Somalis.'' And that is why I am looking forward to going back to Somaliland and Puntland a few times during the year ahead. By JOHN FOX belo war Bugland baa meesha kasoo dhex baxday

Jacayl baro, There is nothing new in helping brothers in the North by the community in the East. Waagii hore geela waqooyiga ka yimaada markuu ciddah yimaado waa la celin jirey apparently the tradition continues

ElPunto, It’s a bit too late, I agree. But one needs to keep in mind the Somali masses has yet to accept this takfeeri group and would turn on them if the opportunity arises. The scholars are providing the religious basis for rejecting this group’s ideology of takfeer and bombing, something no any other authority can provide. If they keep up the pressure, the pendulum can be swung again. The TFG leadership has completely failed and lost its focus on confronting the armed opposition. They have been outmaneuvered in every aspect of this conflict. Sharif and his team started good but lost the ball although their latest pronouncements sounded strategically viable. But all is not lost, and this group can be stopped.

As Somali religious scholars apply theological pressures, the goons of alshabaab sect are begining to feel the heat. The recent pilgrimage season produced a profitable consensus amongst Somali scholars from various regions and countries on the need to confront the takfeeri menace that is plaguing Somalis lands. Today the only lone mufti wanabe left to concoct theological basis for the killing spree which alshabaab undertake in the areas they exist is a fellow named Hassaan. Sh. Ummul, equipped with far reaching Islamic knowledge and solid status of being a dacwa man has successfully eclipsed the likes of Hassaan. He fired his first salvos in his live lecture broadcasted in Seattle Washington, emphasizing the sacredness of Muslim life, and life in general, and the impressibility of taking it out with no legitimate authority sanctioning it. Also one can listen Sh. Ali Warsame’s guidance from Burco, Dr. Ahmed Haji’s from Boosaaso, and other prominent scholars from abroad. Godane may have good intentions to establish Islamic Khalifah, but good intentions are not sufficient when it comes to matters regarding religion and jurisprudence. He is an armed takfeeri man, killing good Muslims because he deems them murtadiin…may Allah guide him to he right path.

January 6, 2010 U.N. Food Agency Suspends Aid to Southern Somalia By ALAN COWELL LONDON — The United Nations World Food Program said Tuesday it was suspending aid deliveries to a million people in southern Somalia because of “rising threats and attacks on humanitarian operations, as well as the imposition of a string of unacceptable demands from armed groups.” In a statement on its Web site, the organization said perilous conditions for its staff had made it “virtually impossible” to reach people in need in the region, including many women and children. Somalia has been without an effective central government for almost two decades, caught in a swirl of bloody contests between armed groups. A radical Islamist group called the Shabab and allied insurgent groups control most of the country, while the writ of the weak transitional government is limited to a small enclave in Mogadishu, the capital, under the protection of African Union peacekeeping troops. The Obama administration says the Shabab has links to Al Qaeda. According to The Associated Press, the World Food Program said many of the areas affected by the suspension of food aid were controlled by Shabab militants. Emilia Casella, a spokeswoman for the World Food Program, said armed groups had demanded that the food agency remove women from all posts and pay protection to guarantee the safety of aid workers. In its statement, the World Food Program said it was “continuing to provide life-saving food distribution in the rest of the country, including the capital, Mogadishu, reaching more than two-thirds of the hungry it has been targeting — or 1.8 million people.” The food agency said that in the past five years, Somalia had produced only 30 percent of its food requirements.
