^^ @fadiilatu Alsheekh Indhacadde Ahmed is strategically positioned more so than the shrewd Indhacadde. He is on bar with Ahlu Sunnah of the central regions. He made a mistake in refusing to take Kenya’s offer; it had no foreign boots on the ground attached to it, and the only condition was to ally himself with the TFG. That was at the beginning of Jubba conflict. Now the Kenyan initiative to prop up the TFG is moving in full swing, he should take advantage of it and swim with the tide. This is the same strategy the defeated Caanoole group refused to implement. They fell victim to Alshabaab’s geopolitical maneuverings and false, but brilliant, categorization of Muslim vs Gaal. Ahmed is not particularly wise, but he is brave and proud and that is quality I admire. Lets hope he grows a pragmatism bone in him enough to see the value of the current TFG.
