  1. Waryaa Qandalaawi don't go there lest some flex the imaginary powers of certain blocks on you Hadba magac hor leh baa mudh soo oran
  2. ^^Good analysis from Micah Zenko Dabrow, are u hurt? Such is the fate of doc-ka-yeer Foodleys. And speaking of the quality of this forum i am beginning to think you are not only a Foodley but a call Foodley one; doing other men's bidding. The pressure is on this call girl
  3. ^^LOL Certainty, with Foodleys like you staying here the quality of this forum will suffer greatly.
  4. ^^OK my bad you are not dhoocil. Apologies for calling you dhoocil. I think the proper description of you is Foodley And there is difference. And you should know the place of Foodleys is with their prospective Kurays . So go away seek one
  5. ^^Dhoocil is not an slander so don't take that way. You are as I said a little girl with poor English. Respect is mutual adeer .
  6. ^^I don't usually advise dhoocilaha like you, but I am in a good mood today so consider and take it adeer .
  7. ^^AMISOM is not a sovereign country that have a national interest in Somalia . Kenya is. The difference. Quite elementary isn't it? Maxaad ku doodaysaa, midda kale yaa yiri outside help is not needed. I told you, taadu waa iska cheer leading exercise ee guriga iska aad awoowe EDIT: waan illaawey , ee iga qabo. Markaan lahaa dadka cuqdada Soomaliya ka qaba si saxa uma doodi karaan, waxaan oo kalaan sheegayey
  8. ^^How charitable :D Don't read too much into forum discussions. Just a good advice
  9. ^^My position is clear: Kenya invaded to create a buffer zone for own security. Literature to that effect is overwhelming and has been posted in these boards. Arm twisting Somali politicians to support Kenya agenda has no bearing on that basic fact. AMISOM is not an invasion force to create a political and security buffer zone so citing it as an argument in support of Kenya is a weak point. Baashe and GoldCoast gave real analysis as to how wrong priorities of this invasion are and credible organizations essentially supported that position. I don't see a shifting positions---there are reasons that in convergence show that Kenyan invasion lacks what it takes to affect positive change in Somalia. Now if one considers the gist of your reasoning in support of Kenya---let anyone invade to defeat alshabaab---your position is unsustainable. It is quite elementary really. The one that invades does not necessarily have your interest at heart. Caqliga ah cid walbay ii imow oo wiilasha laaya, maxaa kuugu xiga awoowe ? ps. Your separatist orientation informs the positions you take on the larger Somalia politics. It is hard therefore to discount them waryaa
  10. Kenya, Uganda Somalia presidents: ‘Historic’ chance to defeat militants, stabilize Somalia 16 Nov 16, 2011 - 6:44:38 AM The presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Somalia say the dual-fronted fight against Islamist al-Shabab militants presents a “historic opportunity” to restore stability in Somalia. Kenya sent hundreds of troops into Somalia last month to hunt down al-Shabab militants, whom it blames for a string of kidnappings in Kenya. Uganda has thousands of troops stationed in Mogadishu as part of an African Union force. Following a meeting in Nairobi on Wednesday, the three presidents said there needs to be enhanced cooperation between Somali, Kenyan and African Union forces in the fight against al-Shabab. 11. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 The Ministry of Justice has decried the blanket condemnation of some Kenyans as sympathisers of Al-Shabaab militia. National Cohesion department secretary in the ministry Michael Ndungu said sections of the society had unfairly condemned their fellow countrymen from the Somali community as well as Muslims as either sympathisers or members of the militia group. He promised that such racial and religious discrimination will end following the completion of the National Cohesion and Integration Policy expected to be in place early next year. He said by the fact that people are either Muslims or Somalis, it does not mean that they belong to Al-Shabaab. “Anybody can be Al-Shabaab, we have people like Ndung’u, Mwangi, Wanyonyi and Bwire. “Some sections of Kenyans feel that a certain religion is being subjected to uncomfortable situations, they think that it is Somalis involved in these activities, which is not the case,” he said in Nyeri during a public forum on the policy. He implored on the government to ensure that the operation in Eastleigh, Nairobi, does not target people from a specific ethnic group. “People who are closing their businesses in Eastleigh for fear of being attacked on suspicion they could be members of the group should not do so because up to now there is no one who has been threatened. The government is interested in Al-Shabaab adherents and not Somalis or anyone doing genuine business,” he said. Issues threatening peace The policy which will be ready in January will address issues threatening peace and stability in the country. During the deliberations, residents of Nyeri County demanded that the government addresses the neglect of the boy-child. Various National Cohesion groups are moving across the country in the second phase of the policy framework. Views have been received from counties in Lower Rift Valley, Nyanza and Western. The last forum will be held in Nairobi late this month after which the ministry will capture issues which may not be captured in the forums
  12. ^^My bad . Dabrow is with Mintid now. That is interesting development indeed
  13. Aaah so you are happy that you convinced Prof Abtigiis :D War heedhe , that is the easiest of tasks if you believe me . The good professor is few private messages away from coming to my side As for let 'anyone invade as long as Al Shabab are defeated', you know that is a leaf from Alshabaab strategy and the condition you set (defeat alshabaab) is not guaranteed by invasion. But we shall never go back again and debate this one, especially one it comes from NGONGE who as was established before has ulterior separatist motives
  14. Dabrow;758950 wrote: Xiin: I must sideline with Mintid on this one. You are not making sense:D Yeah sideline him awoow
  15. Che, I am with NGONGE on this. Somalis are not without leverage, esp Sharif is in the capital and with a perceived clan base there he could play his cards right if he knows how.
  16. Allah@kenyan offside galay Waryaa you have jokes. Dear NGONGE, dont take it as a 'my mama told me', but I was told that a relevant man always causes little rattling around his surrounding . So shouts coming from you, the good Professor, Mintid (that rascal of yours) and the our old Gabal is just that, noises. The real issues and positions at discussion are clear: Kenyan invasion and whether it is good for Somalia. That nomads are being fickle is not new.Abtigiis's campaign is not new either. If anything, it is your chearleading exercise here that is new Substance waryaa
  17. ^^ :D Waryaa aayar with dagaalka, it is not healthy to be always livid with xiin Americans may not tell Somalis what their geo-strategic goals are but Americans have no reason to spend time and money in touring Somali Diaspora in selling something that is contrary to their goals Now, look who is being erratic with his thoughts
  18. ^^That is precisely why he is a loser. Objecting Azania while blessing Kenyan invasion is the most mischievous thing to do in my opinion. He is proposing Jabbuuti troops as a caretaker AMISOM security forces of Kismayo after Kenya 'liberates' the area. We shall see what happens, but at this point of time everything I hear from Sharif on this issue points to a gutless man who is so superficial and empty.
  19. Actually, Americans (State Department) has been privately (Mr. Swanson's meetings with Somali Diaspora) clear as to what their position is vis-a-vis Kenya invasion. The American envoy has been touring major Diaspora concentrations in the US distancing themselves from Kenyan invasion, and selling Mahiga's road map as the way to go. On the Kenya invasion, America's public pronouncement matches with her private reservation.
  20. Mintid has been showing a great interest in the recent activities in the South. Why is that?
  21. Gabbal;758830 wrote: In the game of investment in a state that would be bordered as Jubbaland, you are periphery and your self-assured quislings are mute in my opinion. The Xiins may be periphery in your mind, but they are not complaining. If there are any clannish grumbles and negative sentiment against Azania project it is coming from your block, who as we know are reduced to either alshabaab subjects or Ethiopian mercenaries in own region, which is a real periphery to the city in question. Facts are facts, Gabal. I hope you are not that confused to ignore the consensus of the clan you dislike simply Xiin is creating opposition threads against Kenyan invasion. The clan you are referring as periphery are on board with Azania from Garowe to Kismayo , The PM endorsed it, Faroole desires it, and the Shoe-n-Sheep community are seemingly united Bahasha baro Abtigiis, That you seek solace in NGONGE's fleeting words is itself a sign of weakness. You know NGONGE's and Mintid's are commenting on the edges of this great, running debate we're having on these boards. Your spirited poem was great, so don't run from it now, as you often do . Saaka maxaa cusub?
  22. GoldCoast;758666 wrote: This being said, it is incredibly dumb from a PR and propaganda perspective from the Kenyans. Its such ineptitude that shows why incursion will not work, especially with a state as ill equipped as Kenya. Out of all people in the world it could've secured funds/training from, to publicly announce collaboration with Israel is like a propaganda coup for AS. They're not only way behind in the technical aspects of the incursion, they're also clueless on the PR front. People were rationalizing their incursion with the idea they could possibly pacify and defeat alShabaab. I have no idea how you can continue to hold on to such lofty goals seeing Kenya's performance thus far. I believe this is the summary of it all. Kenya had injected a negative global dimension into an already murky operation that had no chance of success to begin with. Alshabaab could not ask a better floppy PR than what the Kenyans are offering them. On the Israeli's potentiality to involve in the conflict, I believe it is precisely the cloud of diplomatic isolation that hangs over them that may push them to do things that they wouldn't otherwise do including carrying out precision air strikes as long the operation remains nameless, just like the reported shelling of Afgoi...no one has to yet claim it. In all of this, It is quite astonishing Kenyans would turn out to be this inept. Although I objected the operation on other grounds I never doubted Kenya's competence ---an anomaly in my previous assumption that in hindsight needs to be compensated.
  23. ^^I think they are realizing now that they've received a bad counsel going in Rumor have it that Gheelle of Jabbuuti is offering AMISOM troops for Kismayo
