The Samatars have tendency of being on the right side on many issues; they defended Somali community many times on Western media, opposed Azania, opposed secessionist ideology, opposed Ethiopian invasion and attempted to form a nationalist party. But as always they shirked from completing the task, and go for the kill when given the opportunity . Case in point: Khatumo.

This is a good move . If nothing else, the large sums of money currently spent in Nairobi hotels will be minimized.

Abwaan, I agree But Samatars are Samatars. Sometimes they make the wrong calls. At times they make good stances with respect to Somalia. I generally like them as they are a positive presence in Western media. In Somali gatherings, they don't fare well and never succeeded to command following.
