  1. On that level, my elders are more Somalis than yours . Yours are stuck in Hargeysa, saying they are in a different country. Carafaat, your cover is blown, you are an ugly manifestation of a concentrated hate against all things Puntland
  2. No disagreement there. Had a beef with this clan federalism nonsense our secessionist brothers are talking about. Enough said.
  3. ^^So now you are no longer acting like saxibnaa carafaat. Adeer stop the empty talk. Somalia went through 21 years of cut throat civil war, the wounds are still raw and need healing. Federalism is not ideal for a 10 million people but it certainly is a necessary to get out of this hole we are in. We need to learn to prioritize...
  4. Not bad. However, I asked you to give me an example in the Somali context. Which current political arrangement qualifies your definition of Clan Fderalism?
  5. ^^Ina adeerow sidii Carafaat ha iila hadlin, haddaadan adigu abuu carafaat ahayn Simple question: what is clan federalism? give me an example of clan federalist state?
  6. Alpha, stick to Jacaylbaro, he has the militia muscle to protect you as a guest ps. waxaani wax dhaca weeye oo meel kastay ka dhacaan, inta dhimatay allaha u naxariisto
  7. You were led by hatred, Carafaat Alas, you are still led by it unwittingly
  8. ^^Che, we are dealing with a significantly traumatized Somalis , dadkaan dhibbaa soo gaarey, that much is true, laakiin it borders absurdity when you observe the battern in SOL Puntland baa iblays looga dhigay, waxay u tahay indha-xamilkii ayeyday ka sheekayn jirtay
  9. ^^LOL@Clan Federalism Haatu afkay u gasheen, xaajigu waa belo I totally understand secessionists fears as Allah refused to accept their prayers of more death and destruction of Somalis in the South and things are looking better in the capital. What I don't understand is other Somali's fear of the constitution. Federalism is the model of the current structure and it will be the model for the upcoming structure, it reflects the reality on the ground. Somaliland, Puntland are two realities that warrants federal structure to bring the country back to its feet by building confidence and trust among Somalis.
  10. You are calling out Carafaat and Xaaji Xunjuf, iyagana tacsi baa u taalla waayo wax ka weyn waxay ka baqayeen baa Puntland kadhacay; oil is found waa wada sakaraat, xaaji gaa caloosha laga qabtay, Carafaatna waa khalkhalay

  14. carafaat ina xaaji xunjuf waa wareeray draft constitution is not perfect but that is not the goal , teh goal is to end the transition and that is what we somalis should and will insha allaah do in three months.

  20. Draft constitution will be adopted insha allaah, and the transition will be ended
  21. I must believe if it wasn't recoverable , they wouldn't announce it. Though you never know. Xaaji Xunjuf, please check in the closest health care facility , this news may harm your sanity
  22. Duke, This update is teh most welcome , it bears a great news indeed
  23. ^^Actually this is a significant announcement, Che. Some should do the math and come up a prospect for the following line confirmed the existence of a 150 metre gross section of oil and possible net pay of 12 to 20 metres.
  24. To this end, Horn Petroleum Corporation, a subsidiary of Canada’s Africa Oil, began its oil exploration operations in the arid north-east of Somalia in February, drilling two wells to a depth of 3,800m for the very first time in 21 years. Chinese giant corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), has also been granted legal permission from Somalia to drill for oil, which, in and by itself, is yet another proof of China’s desperate need for alternative energy sources other than those from the Middle East. Similarly, India has started making approaches to get a piece of the Somalia oil. New Delhi has proposed to train the future Somalia army, increased its trade ties with Somalia, and integrated Somalia into its e-network “to prop and increase” Somalia’s IT capacity. British Petroleum, finally, is in talks with the Putland authorities to gain exploration rights and has already unveiled an initiative to support job-creation projects in the coastal regions of Somalia. Given Somalia’s geostrategic location and proximity to strategic waters in the Horn of Africa, there are good reasons to be optimistic that if adequate amount of oil is found, Somalia could, over the medium term, become a major trading hub and an attractive destination for foreign investment. There is no public infrastructure to speak of and the means of transportation are literally nonexistent. Discovery of oil as well as its need for large-scale infrastructure projects, in essence, will catalyse what human suffering over the last 20 years has failed to do: a genuine push by the international community to put an end into Somalia’s social, political, and economic problems. http://gulfnews.com/opinions/columnists/oil-can-be-a-boon-for-somalia-1.1015422
