This is big news in terms of Khatumo sub clans. This sub clan has been having a big conference in area that has been deep inside SL's sphere of influence. That they 1) held the conference in that area, and 2) openly supported Khatumo is very significant political step.

NGONGE , I am disappointed that you would read the article and still depict it as an accusation. The part you quoted says it all, yet you somehow read it differently. Liqaye attempted to intellectualize the looted properties (I don't think he meant what he wrote , but he needed to be confronted and debunked). We just need to do this right, and accept that we need to do baby steps with respect to lifting this embargo. I think we can do it. But we are not going to do it in Liqaye's way PS.
