What you guys forget is that in one segment of the HAG community, Daahir Aweys is the father of the Muqaawama that, in their opinion, ousted Abdullahi Yusuf and installed Sheikh Sharif, paving the way for the current president. Therefore it is unacceptable to treat Shiikh Daahir Aweys like this. In fact it is shameful and ungrateful. Even if for some of the HAG moryans in the government Daahir Aweys is a saint, the fact of the matter is that he is a wanted international terrorist with a bounty on his head.
