  1. 's Forgive me Observer, but I can hardly make head or tail of your reply; and it’s a strange and striking thing that you even bring up Mogadishu in this context. I don't know whether you speak or understand Af Soomaali( for your appear to me a non-Somali), but there is a saying in our language that goes: "Lafo maroodi waa la isku jabiyaa" and that's precisely the strategem the Tigray and Amhara have opted to deploy, vis-à-vis the Somalis and Oromos, in their machinations for political dominance in Ethiopia. It's unfortunate that the leaders of the Oromos and Somalis are falling for it, risking genocidal violence upon their respective communities, which can only get worse unless these leaders come to their senses, soon.
  2. Alas Madam for Stealing of a Kiss by Sir Thomas Wyatt Alas, madam, for stealing of a kiss Have I so much your mind there offended? Have I then done so grievously amiss That by no means it may be amended? Then revenge you, and the next way is this: Another kiss shall have my life ended, For to my mouth the first my heart did suck; The next shall clean out of my breast it pluck.
  3. ^ Cabdishakur’s comments are simply the typical political red meat that politicians usually throw to their purported base in the hopes of rallying up support. But knowing the naïveté of PM Kheyre, I fear he just might accuse the guy of Khiyaano qaran, again. After all, Soomaaliyada cusub ina la laandheereeyo waa ka mamnuuc
  4. I agree with Galbeedi. The Oromos and Somalis should not allow the Tigray regime and its Amhara opposition to use them as proxies in the fight for control of Ethiopia. They should NOT be allowed to sow discord and hatred within the Somali and Oromo peoples. Illey is shortsighted if he falls for such an obvious Machiavellian tactic of the Tigray regime.
  5. Ulysses by Alfred Lord Tennyson It little profits that an idle king, By this still hearth, among these barren crags, Matched with an aged wife, I mete and dole Unequal laws unto a savage race, That hoard, and sleep, and feed, and know not me. I cannot rest from travel; I will drink Life to the lees. All times I have enjoyed Greatly, have suffered greatly, both with those That loved me, and alone; on shore, and when Through scudding drifts the rainy Hyades Vext the dim sea. I am become a name; For always roaming with a hungry heart Much have I seen and known—cities of men And manners, climates, councils, governments, Myself not least, but honored of them all,— And drunk delight of battle with my peers, Far on the ringing plains of windy Troy. I am a part of all that I have met; Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough Gleams that untraveled world whose margin fades For ever and for ever when I move. How dull it is to pause, to make an end, To rust unburnished, not to shine in use! As though to breathe were life! Life piled on life Were all too little, and of one to me Little remains; but every hour is saved From that eternal silence, something more, A bringer of new things; and vile it were For some three suns to store and hoard myself, And this gray spirit yearning in desire To follow knowledge like a sinking star, Beyond the utmost bound of human thought. This is my son, mine own Telemachus, To whom I leave the scepter and the isle, Well-loved of me, discerning to fulfill This labor, by slow prudence to make mild A rugged people, and through soft degrees Subdue them to the useful and the good. Most blameless is he, centered in the sphere Of common duties, decent not to fail In offices of tenderness, and pay Meet adoration to my household gods, When I am gone. He works his work, I mine. There lies the port; the vessel puffs her sail; There gloom the dark, broad seas. My mariners, Souls that have toiled, and wrought, and thought with me, That ever with a frolic welcome took The thunder and the sunshine, and opposed Free hearts, free foreheads—you and I are old; Old age hath yet his honor and his toil. Death closes all; but something ere the end, Some work of noble note, may yet be done, Not unbecoming men that strove with gods. The lights begin to twinkle from the rocks; The long day wanes; the slow moon climbs; the deep Moans round with many voices. Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world. Push off, and sitting well in order smite The sounding furrows; for my purpose holds To sail beyond the sunset, and the baths Of all the western stars, until I die. It may be that the gulfs will wash us down; It may be we shall touch the Happy Isles, And see the great Achilles, whom we knew. Though much is taken, much abides; and though We are not now that strength which in old days Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are, One equal temper of heroic hearts, Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
  6. I think we can all agree that PM Kheyre’s plan to use lethal force against Mr. Cabdishakur has failed miserably, which proves to all the prime minister’s dilettantish leadership skills and amateurish practice of politics. If they accuse the man of a serious crime such as high treason( Khiyaamo qaran), then why in the hell was he allowed to walk scot free? Tsk tsk tsk...
  7. Xariga Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur iyo Soomaaliyada Cusub? Faallo HORDHAC Dalka Soomaaliya waxa uu soo marey marxalado kala duwan kadib qaran-jabkii dalka ku dhacay sanadkii 1991 markaas oo xukunka xoog looga tuurey Maxamed Siyaad Barre (AUN) oo xukunka inqilaab ku qabsadey sanadkii 1969, dalkana u horseeday Dowlad keli telisnimo ku dhisan. Jamhaddii USC ee u hartey magaalada Muqdisho, dalka uma horseedin nabad, lamana imaan qorshe ay ka iibin karto Soomaalida inteeda kale aan ka ahayn in ay la timid wax loogu yeero aargoosi taas oo dalka dhaxalsiisey dagaalo beelo ku dhisan, oo sababtey in la difaaco Madaxweynihihii xukunka laga tuurey. Dagaaladaas ayaa sababey in ay maalinba weji yeeshaan oo sarifmaan, waxaana dagaalo culus ay dhexmareen isla jamhaddii USC oo u kala jabtey laba garab, oo awooda isku qabsadey, isla USC waxaa ka dhex samaysey garab kale oo loogu yeeri jirey SNA, kaas oo isaguna u sii kala jabey laba garab oo ay kala hoggaamiyaan Cismaan Caato iyo Gen. Caydiid waxaana dagaaladaasi sababeen dilka Gen. Maxamed Faarax Caydiid. Kadib jamahadda USC waxay u sarifantey ilaa 8 Jamhadood oo dhamaantood Muqdisho kuwada sugan ilaa laga gaarayo sanadkii 2000. Tan iyo sanadkii 2000 Dowlad kasta oo loo dhiso Soomaaliya waxaa burburkeeda soo dadajinayey; 1- Hogaamiyayaasha la doorto oo aan la imaan Siyaasad mideysa dadka iyo dalka 2- Madaxda oo durbaba qaada wadadii Kali-Talisnimada 3- Dib u heshiisiintii oo lagu bedalo dagaal horleh 4- Dowlado shisheeye oo farogelin ku hayey Soomaaliya 5- Mucaarad ka imaaneysey isla Soomaalida dhexdeeda ah oo fursad u diidey dowladda Laga soo bilaabo Dowladdii uu Madaxweynaha ka ahaa Cabdiqaasim Salaad Xassan sanadkii 2000, waxaa jirey mucaarad wejiyo kala duwan lahaa, kuwaas oo mar hubeysnaa oo ahaa hoggaamiye kooxeed, mar ahaa wadaado sheeganaya in ay dalka diinta ku xukumayaan, marna ahaa siyaasiyiin aan hubeysneyn laakiin qabta shirar kala duwan, sidoo kale Dowladihii soo marey dalka ayaa lahaa mucaarad isla dhexdooda ah oo ka imaanayey baarlamaanka aan ku dhisneyn nidaamka Xisbiyada, iyo khilaafaad ka dhex aloosma Madaxweynaha iyo raysalwasaaraha. Waxaa taas usii dheer in hogaamiyayaasha lasoo doorto ay mar walba dhexda u galaan kooxo ay iyagu sameysteen oo talada dalka kula wareega nidaam aan sharci ahayn. Dantoodana laga hormariyo tan shacabka iyo dalka. Farmaajo Dowladda uu Madaxweynaha ka yahay Maxamed Cabdullaahi Farmaajo ayaa sanadkii u horeeyey ee xukunkiisa la kulantey mucaarad aad u xooggan, kadib markii uu Xasan Cali Kheyre u doortey Raysalwasaare, waxaana xilkan isa siiyey in laga soo magacaabi doono beelihii awooda ku lahaan jirey Muqdisho ka hor sanadkii 2007. Doorashadii Farmaajo waxay ahayd lama filaan, waxa uu ka adkaadey Madaxweyne xilka haya iyo Raysalwasaarihiisii oo tartanka ka wada qayb-galay, waxa uu ka adkaadey Madaxweyne hore, doorashada qoyska uu ka soo jeedo ee Daarood waxaa ka digtey Dowladda Itoobiya oo markaas dano gaar ah ka lahayd in Xasan Sheekh Maxamuud markale la soo doorto. Xulashadii uu doortey Xasan Cali Kheyre inkasta oo magaca guud ee beel ahaan beesha la siiyey laga yimaado, ayaa beelaha waaweyn ee awooda is bidey siyaasiyiintooda iyo weliba ganacsatadoodu noqdeen kuwo mashiiqsada oo Madaxweynaha Ganbar ugu fariista. Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur Siyaasi Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur Warsame ayaa noqdey xiddiga calanka u sida mucaaradka ka soo horjeeda Xukuumadda Xasan Cali Kheyre iyo weliba Madaxweyne Maxamed Cabdullaahi Farmaajo, Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur waxa uu sameeyey dhaq-dhaqaaq xooggan oo aan hubeysneyn kaas oo ku kooban siyaasad oo kaliya [shirar iyo dhaliilo] waxaana taasi oo u baneenaya Dastuurka Federaalka Soomaaliya. Waxaa soo baxay shaki weyn oo muujinaya in uu socdo dhaq-dhaaaq la doonaayo in xilka looga xayuubiyo Raysalwasaare Xasan Cali Kheyre, mayee intaas waa uu ka sii weynaadey waxaana la dooney in la helo 2/3 Xildhibaanada Baarlamaanka si Madaxweynaha xilka looga tuuro. Marna ma dhicin dowladihii Soomaaliya isu soo bedalay laga soo bilaabo 2000 in la isku dayo in Madaxweynaha Mooshin laga keeno oo la isku dayo in awooda laga xayuubiyo iyada oo lala tiigsanaayo Khiyaano Qaran, waxaana jira shaki laga qabo in Mooshinkaas loo adeegsanayo dhaqaale ka yimid dalal shisheeye, sidii horey u dhici jirtay doorashooyinka Soomaalida. Weerarkii guriga Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakur Waxaa habeenkii Isniintu soo gelyeysey weerar ciidamada amnigu ku qaadeen guri la sheegay in uu ka socdey shir lagu diyaarinaayey Mooshinka ka dhanka ah Madaxweynaha, waxaa hawlgalkaas ku nafwaayey shan askeri, oo ilaalo ahaa waxaa ku dhaawacmey oo xabsiga la geeyey siyaasi Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur Warsame oo horey u soo noqdey Xildhibaan, Wasiir iyo Musharax Madaxweyne. Siyaasiga la qabtey ayaa kamid ahaa siyaasiyiin lagu tuhunsan yahay in ay gadaal ka riixayaan Mooshinka aan weli soo bixin laakiin dabka saaran. Tallaabadan maxay uga dhigan tahay siyaasiga la xirey? Madaxweynaha iyo Raysalwasaaraha / Xukuumadiisa? Iyo dhamaan cidkasta oo mucaarad ku ah Dowaladda Madaxweyne Farmaajo ama ha hubeysnaadeen ama yeysan hubeysnaanin, Xildhibaanada labada Aqal iyo Dowlada Gobaleedyada? 1. Siyaasi Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur xariga loo geystey waxa uu isaga uga dhigan yahay fursad qaali ah oo la siiyey, waxaa kor u kacaya tageerada ay u hayaan kuwa isaga horey u taageersanaa ama dhaliilsanaa Dowladda, siyaasigan oo horey ay uga hari weydey magaca ah bad buu gatey ayaa la dhihi karaa xariga la xirey waxa uu u sameeyey suuq siyaasadeed uu isku deyi karo in uu damac kale ka galo hoggaanka dalka. Soomaaliyada Cusub 2. Qorshaha lagu xirey Siyaasi Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur ayaa la aaminsan yahay in uu yahay qorshaha cusub ee Raysalwasaare Kheyre ee Soomaaliyada Cusub, kaas oo ah in la isku dayo wax cusub oo aan horey u dhici jirin, sida uu dalka Maraykanka uga dhawaaqey Kheyre lama oggolaan doono, dhex-dhexaadnimo xitaa, lamana oggolaan doono cid horjoogsata Soomaaliyada cusub oo mucaarad sheeganaysa. Guuxa Khayre iyo weerarkii lagu qaaday CC Warsame ayaa muujineysaa isku kalsooni la’aanta xukuumada Khayre oo lugaha hadda u gelisay wixii ay ka baqayeen oo ah Kacdoonkii kasoo horjeeday oo sii xoogeysta iyo waliba iyagoo jabiyey Dastuurkii dalka ee muwaadinka u fasaxayey inuu fikirkiisa si xor ah u dhiibto, Jeclow ama Necbow waa Dastuurka dalka u yaal. Meeshu Maaha Kuuriyada Waqooyi. Dowlada waxay horey u mamnuucday: 1- Mudaharaadka (Waxay Tiri Amniga ayaa khatar galaya) 2- Xisbiyada (Waxay tiri waa soo wadnaa “Mashruuc aan Dhamaan”) Dowlada Hada waxay wadaa: 1- Fikirkaaga ma dhiiban kartid 2- Mucaarid ma noqon kartid 3- Ma shiri kartid! Tani waxay ummada soo xasuusineysaa hadalkii Allaha u naxariistee Faarax Gololeey ee ahaa “Afisioone aad (Villa Somalia la jir) ama Afgooye aad (Xabsi gal) ama Afkaaga heyso!” Fariinta ku socota Xildhibaanada Weerarkii Cabdishakuur ayaa sidoo kale la oron karaa wuxuu muujinayaa in Raysalwasaaraha markuu ku guuleysan waayey soo jiidashada Xildhibaanada uu bilaabay olole lagu bartilmaameedsanayo Xildhibaanada Mucaaridka ah oo ay Xeer Illaalintu dalbatay in xasaanada lagala noqdo si loo xiro, waana khamaar kale oo siyaasadeed oo ay xagjirnimo ka muuqato. Fariinta ku socota Dowlad Gobaleedka Weerarkii Cabdishakuur wuxuu sidoo kale fariin u dirayaa Dowlad Gobaleedyada oo ah in hadii xukuumada Khayre iyo Farmaajo ay cudud militari u helaan inaysan ka waabaneyn isticmaalka awoodaas sidii ka dhacday Cadaado. Taasi oo keeni karta in Dowlada Gobaleedka ay ka cago jiidaan wadashaqeynta dhabta ah ee Federaalka taasi caqabad kale ku noqoneysa midnimada Qaranka iyo qorshayaasha hada socday sida dib u dhiska ciidamada Qaranka. 8. You hate us because you ain’t us, son! Cadnaan, in the future, please refrain from posting such woefully disgusting incontinence and keep your genocidal wet dreams to yourself.
  9. Please desist from conflating two unrelated issues, your faux-naïf comparison is not convincing. But even if I were to put aside your false assertions, that so called people I “support” are permitting “Kenyans to claim Somali waters and go against international norms”; is it not your solemn duty to go against such a treachery and the despicable politicians of the south who support it? I say it is, sxb... and it’s about time you accepted the fact that all of Somalia belongs to all somalis and you have every right to resist the foolish politicians in the north and south, who keep our country and people beneath our peers, equally.
  10. Galbeedi, ssshhh, we don’t want that to get out. Let’s keep that bit hush hush for now, shall we.. lol P.S Tallaabo, sxb, I am impressed and encouraged by the unflinching earnestness with which you’ve finally awoken from your self-imposed delirium and have resoundingly rescinded the preternatural buffoonery that the secessionist project is. The day to reckon with the few politicians in the north—who shamelessly benefit, by pushing this treasonous agenda down the throats of our brothers and sisters, at the behest of our insecure neighbors, is drawing nigh. So good for you, mate

Lol It’s either that, or Oodweyne could be just boycotting the gallery to protest Cirro’s refusal to use in his concession speech one of Mudane Oodweyne’s long-winded scathing rebuke of the fraudulent election, that Biixi just won.
  12. Congrats to President Faroole.
  13. So you mean to tell us that this election fiasco is yet another of Silanyo’s surreptitious schemes that he is cunningly orchestrating to illegally extend his mandate, yet again? Personally, I wouldn’t put it past the old geezer.
  14. ^ lol There’s got to be a way of reconciling the number of voters to the corresponding ballots. Whether it be Voter card with a ballot stub that is torn off by voter before he goes into the secret booth or an envelop with the voter ID that has a numerically unidentifiable ballot that is linked to it inside, which is mailed in( but vote by mail is a whole different story here). Here is the nub of Kulmiye's failed-- and if I might add amateurish-- attempt at stealing the election: All Cirro has to show, to proof his case, is the initial count of the voters who got registered, the number of ballots cast for him, and the number Kulmiye claim they got. I believe these latter sums will never add up to the initial voter registration cards. In any case, we shall wait and see if Cirro will take such an injustice lying down or whether the sensible elders of the place give him his rights. P.S Muuse Biixi inuu tuug yahay waxaa xaqiijinaya juuq dambe lagama hayo
  15. Saaxiib, weligaa ma maqli jirtey... “Wixii aad qarsato way ku qurunsadaan ”. Before the election: “ Dee anaku Soomaaliland baanu nahay, dee qaran baanu nahay!” After the election: “ Waar dee anaku habar ‘so and so’ baanu nahay, dee yeeli mayno...”
  16. ^ Tallaabo, Do you mean to tell me that the Ballot papers do NOT have their corresponding Voter ID number on them? That would be preposterous and I can’t believe the opposition parties have allowed such a ridiculous system in the first place, whereby there would be no way of verifying the number of ballots cast in a particular precincts match the number of voters who actually voted.
  17. The Past by Ralph Waldo Emerson The debt is paid, The verdict said, The Furies laid, The plague is stayed, All fortunes made; Turn the key and bolt the door, Sweet is death forevermore. Nor haughty hope, nor swart chagrin, Nor murdering hate, can enter in. All is now secure and fast; Not the gods can shake the Past; Flies-to the adamantine door Bolted down forevermore. None can re-enter there,— No thief so politic, No Satan with a royal trick Steal in by window, chink, or hole, To bind or unbind, add what lacked, Insert a leaf, or forge a name, New-face or finish what is packed, Alter or mend eternal Fact.
  18. Ode 1.11 by Horace You should not ask, it is unholy to know, for me or for you what end the gods will have given, O Leuconoe, nor Babylonian calculations attempt. Much better it is whatever will be to endure, whether more winters Jupiter has allotted or the last, which now weakens against opposing rocks the sea Tyrrhenian: be wise, strain your wines, and because of brief life cut short long-term hopes. While we are speaking, envious will have fled a lifetime: seize the day, as little as possible trusting the future.
  19. “The Builders” by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow All are architects of Fate, Working in these walls of Time; Some with massive deeds and great, Some with ornaments of rhyme. Nothing useless is, or low; Each thing in its place is best; And what seems but idle show Strengthens and supports the rest. For the structure that we raise, Time is with materials filled; Our to-days and yesterdays Are the blocks with which we build. Truly shape and fashion these; Leave no yawning gaps between; Think not, because no man sees, Such things will remain unseen. In the elder days of Art, Builders wrought with greatest care Each minute and unseen part; For the Gods see everywhere. Let us do our work as well, Both the unseen and the seen; Make the house, where Gods may dwell, Beautiful, entire, and clean. Else our lives are incomplete, Standing in these walls of Time, Broken stairways, where the feet Stumble as they seek to climb. Build to-day, then, strong and sure, With a firm and ample base; And ascending and secure Shall to-morrow find its place. Thus alone can we attain To those turrets, where the eye Sees the world as one vast plain, And one boundless reach of sky.

  21. Only a politician like Jeremy Corbyn can win by actually losing. Lol?
  22. Hmmm... I-n-t-e-r-e-s-t-i-n-g ! ?
  23. ^ Impeachment is a nonstarter for a Republican controlled Congress and White House. However, I believe you've hit the nub of the real issue here: The midterm Elections. All these unseemly brouahahas and whispered scandals fueled by the media's mediocre animus toward Trump-- and of course, encouraged by the recently loosing Democatic Party--have one objective and one objective only: To prevent the Republicans from accomplishing any legislative victories in the next 18 months, which the Democrats hope will cause big losses in the 2018 midterm elections for the governing party. So far, it seems to be working just fine... More than a hundred days have passed since Trump's mandate begun and his ratings amongst the folks who elected him have plummeted considerably and the Republicans have nothing to show for it either with their failed attempt at repealing Obamacare. If events continue to unfold the way they have been, the Republicans will lose big in the midterm elections and Trump will have to get used a Democratic majority congress in the second half of his presidency. And if you thought Trump can get anything done now, you just wait in till the Democrats are in charge of the congress ??
