How can you attract people to Islam if they see you behaving in crappy ways? You are supposed to make all your actions beautiful, and I doubt the prophet Muhammad(saw) ate that way. I know it seems minor, but it speaks volumes on how you were raised.

You guys are too proud to admit that that's a nasty habit. I mean you can eat with your hands, but don't use your whole hand and if there are forks and spoons available use em'. I also noticed Somalis are haters...but that's another topic.

I know it's the sunnah to eat with "3" fingers as the prophet Muhammad(saw) did. BUT, I see alot of Somalians savagely take their whole hands and dig into a bowl of pasta or bariis and go for it while mushing the banana with their hand. I think it's disgusting. There is nothing wrong with USING a fork and a SPOOn. I think it's so uncivilized and unattractive. I work with alot of flight 13s and it's annoying. Also, I noticed they don't close their mouths when they eat...ESPECIALLY the guys..Seriously, I'm giving up on Somali men.

Well from what i heard, most ethnic groups in UK haven't integrated as America or Canada. So most of these somali girls probably have their "traditional" ways from Somali, and looks like the poster doesn't like that. Good luck on your search.

There is 1 somali girl in my neighborhood that I "suspect" is not muslim. However,most Somalis are muslim and very proud. I don't think Somalis will being converting to Christianity as we are happy with Islam, alhamdulilah. No one will kill you if you convert, b/c we don't live in a khalifa state and secondly unless you are a threat to muslims no one will bother you in a khalifa state. However, we don't have a khalifa state as muslims and that doesn't happen. Everything is between you and Allah. Allah and you will talk about your deeds no one else. If someone treats you unfairly have comfort that you will get your justice in the afterlife with God(Allah).
