Naxar Nugaaleed I couldnt give a damn less whether your internationaly recognised or whether you have embassies across the world. 19 members of parliament resigned complaining that the TFG is too close to Addis Ababa. Now you seem to not give me a direct answer as to why peacekeeping troops is required when peace has already been achieved in many part of Somalia even outside of the Capital? And I think part of that is you have attached yourself too close to people that you dont know what their real agenda is. And there is no reason why Ethiopia is in Somalia besides their own interest and thats why Abdullahi Yusuf has been appointed, to run a proxy government for Ethiopian interest. And you need to expand your brain and get away from clan thinking. UIC has virtually made my clan in the Capital powerless, but Im not complaining because I know my clan leaders were corrupt. And so you need to accept that yours are as well.

""uthman, you did not read, i did answer you. The peacekeeing is not for only the capital. they are to one disarm people. two they will assist and train our military. lastly the government didid did call for them before, infact, when the president was elected, thats what he called for."" Okay so you call for peacekeeping force so people disarm?? My question is what have you been doing for over a year that you've been in charge and why call for it now? Do you think we are blind to what the TFG does? First you corrupt the election process with Ethiopean help and now the Ethiopian troops are walking in our own land and your trying to play it down?? Who is more narrow minded akhi??
-
What you talking about? answer the question and stop flip flopping.
-
Naxar Nugaaleed Your a supporter of the TFG from what you wrote and you havent answered my question. Why is there a call for international peacekeepers when there is peace in the Capital. And why werent there any calls when the Capital was in their knees and people calling for help from these warlords??
-
This is your short mind...How can you ask for peacekeeping troops when the capital is already at peace? And does peace happen by stealing and threatening people like the warlords did? Look at what is happening on the ground, UIC changed the whole atmosphere into peace within 2 months while others including TFG, Somaliland and Puntland were sitting and minding their own businesses. And now you call for peacekeepers, why didnt you call for them for last 15 years? People were not born yesterday

"what are we now under these moooryans. fourth class citizens? Third seems like an improvement to me." whose the moooryans?
-
Naxar Nugaaleed So you like occupation do you and getting treated as a second class citizen in ur country
-
Switch your allegiance to your brothers in UIC and leave TFG if you dont want to be under occupation like Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and most other muslim countries.

General Duke, Abdullahi Yusuf is not the only problem. Its his whole cabinet, thats why new election is required as the UIC proposed to rid the country of another warlord and to establish a governmnet choosen by the peopl of Somalia and not a government driven to power by Ethiopia. I think your right and we should agree that the whole TFG step down and we start a new election, this time supervised by external panel to avoid corruption just like Palestine when Hamas got elected.

Salafs never innovate or subtract any ahadiths or verses from the Quran and their interpretation is from the Early companions as the Prophet(pbuh) said they are the best of creation. If you look at other sects you will come to notice that they are either rejecting the whole ahadiths(shiahs) or reluctantly not following a ahadith like the(sufis). There are others ofcourse but these are the main groups at the moment. So as a salaf, I can be sure that there will be no amendments to the practise that the Prophet(pbuh) or the early companions did and this is something very essential.

General Duke, you talk as if the UIC can make the capital a heaven in such short space of time. It will never happen.Ask Bush, Blair, Merkel etc why the employement rate is so low, ask them why hospital treatment is so high etc etc etc. Ask how long England or Germany recovered from the second world war. It took them years. If you want to see progress, look at the peace and stability in the capital and other issues will be dealt with as well. Your dwelling in minor issues. Lets deal with the imminent issue which is the Ethiopians and the TFG who even overlook their own MPs for the interest of Ethiopia. You want other clans to be supported, my friend the country is under occupation, lets deal with this issue first. Have you never been taught how to prioritize, you jumping to every little task. Even some tasks are beyond the UIC, a gap we in the west should fill. -

Uthman1 replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
Tell me General Duke, if they are clan courts as you claim, why would the courts fight their own clans to begin with? This argument is baseless since if they were clan courts they would have gone to places like puntland, somaliland etc to fight. And secondly you say the Courts are just talking, as if they fear the Ethiopeans. Saxib, just last week you were saying Abdullahi Yusuf got outplayed diplomatically and this what the Shiekhs are doing now. If peace can be achieved by means of sitting on the table and resolving our differences then thats good and what the UIC want. However how is this possible when you have 5000 Ethiopeans near the capital occuopying our territory. Time will tell but inshallah the courts will bring humiliation to these Ethiopeans in the coming days. We made Americans run with their pants down in 1992 and now Ethiopiens are apparantly trying to get rid of terrorists, lol be carefull the UIC does not make Addis Ababa their new office -

Drop the propoganda, there is no time for this type talk when the country is at war. -
The refutation of many of the Sufi Ahaadeeth by Sheikhul Islam ibn Taymiyyah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah was asked about the words which were narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “My heaven and my earth could not contain Me, but the heart of My believing slave contains Meâ€? He replied: Praise be to Allaah. What they mentioned is from the Israa’eeliyyaat [reports narrated from Jewish sources], no isnaad is known for it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). What it means is that Allaah puts love and knowledge of Himself in the heart of His slave. The report, “The heart is the house of the Lord†is like the first report. The heart is the home or seat of faith in Allaah and of knowledge and love of Him. They reported the words, “I was an unknown treasure and I wanted to be known, so I created mankind and taught them about Myself so that they would know Me.†These are not the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and I know of no isnaad for this, either saheeh (sound) or da’eef (weak). They reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah created reason, and said to it, ‘Come here,’ and it came. He said to it, ‘Go there,’ and it went. He said, ‘By My Glory and Majesty, I have not created anything more noble than you. I shall reward and punish because of you.’†This hadeeth is baatil (false) and mawdoo’ (fabricated) according to the consensus of hadeeth scholars. They narrate the words, “Love of this world is the root of all evil.†This is known from Jundub ibn ‘Abd-Allaah al-Bajali, but there is no known isnaad from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). They report the words, “This world is merely a step for the believing man.†This is not known from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) or from the salaf of this ummah or its imams. They report the words, “Whoever is blessed with a thing, let him stick with it†and, “Whoever commits himself to something, let him stick with it.†The first report was narrated from one of the salaf. The second report is baatil (false), for whoever commits himself to something may have to stick to it or he may not, according to what Allaah and His Messenger have commanded. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Do favours for the poor, for tomorrow they will have authority, and what authority!†and, “Poverty is my pride and I boast of it.†Both of these are lies and are not known in any way in the well known books of the Muslims. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I am the city of knowledge and ‘Ali is its gate.†This hadeeth is da’eef (weak); indeed it is mawdoo’ (fabricated) according to the scholars of hadeeth. It was narrated by al-Tirmidhi and others, but it is a lie. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “The poor will sit down on the Day of Resurrection, and [Allaah] will say, ‘By My Glory and Majesty, I did not deprive you of worldly things because you are insignificant. Rather I wanted to raise your status on this Day. Go to the place where the people are standing, and whoever gave you a piece of bread, or water to drink, or clothes to wear, take him to Paradise.’†The shaykh said: this report is a lie which was not narrated by any of the scholars of hadeeth. It is baatil (false) and goes against the Qur’aan and Sunnah and scholarly consensus (ijmaa’). They report that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to Madeenah, the daughters of al-Najjaar came out with daffs (hand-drums) and sang “Tala’a al-Badru ‘alayna min thaniyyat al-Widaaâ€, and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to them, “Shake your tambourines, may Allaah bless you.†The hadeeth about women beating the daff on joyous occasions is saheeh, and this was done at the time of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), but it is not known that he said, “Shake your tambourines.†They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “O Allaah, You have brought me out of the place which is most beloved to me, so cause me to dwell in the place which is most beloved to You.†This hadeeth is also baatil (false), although it was narrated by al-Tirmidhi and others. Rather he said to Makkah, “You are the most beloved part of Allaah’s land to me.†And he said, “You are the most beloved land to Allaah.†They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever visits me and my father Ibraaheem in one year will enter Paradise.†This is a fabricated lie which was not narrated by any of the scholars of hadeeth. They report that a Bedouin prayed (quickly), pecking (like a bird) in his prayer. ‘Ali (may Allaah be pleased with him) said, “Do not peck in your prayer.†The Bedouin said, “O ‘Ali, if your father had pecked in prayer he would not have entered Hell.†This is a lie. They report that ‘Umar killed his father. This is a lie, for his father died before the mission of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) began. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “I was a Prophet when Adam was between the water and the clay. I was a Prophet when Adam was neither water nor clay.†This wording is false. They report the words, “The bed of a single man is fire. Poor is the man who has no woman and the woman who has no man.†These are not the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). It was narrated that when Ibraaheem (peace be upon him) built the Ka’bah, he prayed one thousand rak’ahs in each corner, then Allaah revealed to him, “O Ibraaheem, this is not like feeding a hungry man or clothing a man who cannot cover his ‘awrah.†This is obviously a lie, and it is not known in the books of the Muslims. They narrate the words, “Do not despise tribulation, for it will reap the hypocrites.†These words are not known from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). They narrate the words, “Whoever teaches his brother an aayah from the Book of Allaah becomes his master.†This is a lie which is not known at all in the books of the scholars. They narrate that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “I looked at the sins of my ummah and I did not find any greater sin than that of one who learns an aayah then forgets it.†If this hadeeth is saheeh, what is meant is forgetting in the sense of not reciting. The wording of the hadeeth is: “Among the sins of my ummah is that of a man to whom Allaah gave an aayah of the Qur’aan, but he neglected it until he forgot it.†This forgetting means turning away from the Qur’aan and not believing in it or acting upon it. With regard to neglecting to study it until one forgets it, this is a sin. They report the words, “One aayah of the Qur’aan is better than Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. The Qur’aan is the word of Allaah, revealed not created, and there is nothing like it.†This wording was not reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever learns something beneficial and conceals it from the Muslims, Allaah will bridle him with reins of fire on the Day of Resurrection.†A similar meaning is to be found in al-Sunan: the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever is asked about a matter of [islamic] knowledge which he knows but he conceals it, Allaah will bridle him with reins of fire on the Day of Resurrection.†They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “When you come to talk about disputes which took place among my companions, be quiet. When you come to talk about the Divine will and decree (al-qadaa’ wa’l-qadar), keep quiet.†This was reported with munqati’ (broken or interrupted) isnaads. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Salmaan al-Farsi when he was eating grapes, “Du, du,†meaning eat them two by two. These are not the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him); this is baatil (false). They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever commits zina (fornication) with a woman and she gives birth to a girl, the fornicator may marry his daughter who was born as a result of zina.†This was said by those who were not among the companions of al-Shaafa’i. Some of them attributed it to al-Shaafa’i, and some of the companions of al-Shaafa’i denied that he said that. They said, he did not state that this is permitted, but he did state that this is permissible in the case of radaa’ah (breastfeeding), if he breastfed from the milk of a woman who got pregnant as a result of zina. Most of the scholars, such as Ahmad, Abu Haneefah and others, are agreed that this is haraam, and this is the stronger of the two opinions narrated in the madhhab of Maalik. They report the words, “the most deserving thing for which you take payment is the Book of Allaah.†Yes, it is proven that [the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)] said, “The most deserving thing for which you take payment is the Book of Allaah,†but that was in the hadeeth about ruqyah (reciting Qur’aan and du’aa’s for the purpose of healing), and the reward was for the recovery of that sick person, not for the recitation. They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever mistreats a dhimmi (a Jew or Christian living under Islamic rule), Allaah will be his opponent on the Day of Resurrection†or “I will be his opponent on the Day of Resurrection.†This is da’eef (weak). What is known from him is that he said: “Whoever kills a mu’aahid (member of a kaafir nation which has a peace treaty with the Muslims) for no lawful reason will not smell the fragrance of Paradise.†They report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever lights a lamp in the mosque, the angels and the bearers of the Throne will not cease to pray for forgiveness for him so long as the light of that lamp is shining in the mosque.†I know of no isnaad for this from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Hindu movies and love movies etc is just another term used for promoting Zina.

Ibtisan, I think your wrong in this. Islam is a whole way of life and Messenger of Allah says of you see something contrary to islam then prevent it by action, if not then by words, if not then make your heart feel the problem. While it is forbidden to spy in privacy of ones home it is obligation that we prevent indecency in public. Allah says in the Quran that the believers should accept islam wholeheartly and in another case Allah says to Muhammed(pbuh) to deliver the whole message and if He(pbuh) leaves one part then He has left everything. Therefore anyone who implements Shariah requires to implement everything and be within the boundary of Shariah. You cant say for example adultry is death penalty then not prevent things that lead to it such as porn, free mixing, filthy music, love movies etc. The capital is benifiting from the laws of Allah implemented by UIC so we shouldnt go back to the days of ignorance and undermine the UIC who serve the whole public interest and porn as we will all agree is a disease that will lead to a greater disease etc etc.

The Somali Ummah will not tolerate any international troops to solve their problems and we won’t tolerate a puppet leader who serves the interest of Ethiopia or UN while neglecting the Somali people. The UN serves no one but US and Israeli interest and does nothing but call for restraint as Palestine and Lebanon is shattered in pieces by Israel and at the same time the TFG is calling them to rescue it. Abdullahi Yusuf has lost all type of credibility. If your from Puntland and you think Siad Barre was a good ruler then know that he fought Ethiopia and Abdullahi Yusuf is trying to bring the same Ethiopians back. And if you live in the capital then know that Ethiopia funded these disgraceful warlords so whatever way you look at it, anyone that want UN and Ethiopian backing is on the wrong. Peace has been achieved in Mugadishu through the UIC. If anyone is claiming UIC is clan based then this argument is baseless because we know now that UIC fought people from their own clans so this argument is weak. And if you was to say UIC serves only their own interest then you should listen to the voices of normal civilians and they will tell you that they haven’t seen peace like this for a long time. People say that UIC are extremists and have link with terrorist organisation. I urge you to put forward what laws of Allah they have broken. When pornographic films are forbidden, is this rule correct or not under islam. When prayer has been made compulsory and UIC implement this rule, is it haram or halal. I urge you before you listen to this propaganda about extremists to take it up with Allah and His Messenger(pbuh). Mistakes will be made, but who made more mistakes Abdullahi Yusuf and the warlords or UIC? You cant compare. Abdullahi Yusuf is President by name and he should know that Somalia will not tolerate Saud family type regime and we fight all type of oppression whoever you are. Finally I’d like to say that peace is has been achieved by UIC in the most difficult region in Somalia and we should support them. Somalia will not accept an Ethiopian puppet government and we should all be governed only by Quran and Sunnah. Whats your view?

Monday July 17, 2006 (HOL): UIC Defense Secretary Sheik Mukhtar Roobow Abhas accused the TFG of planning for war again UICs. According to reports by Qaadishiya website, which reports on behalf of UICs, the goal of the trip by president Abdulahi Yusuf, as well as Husein Aideed, and Abdi Qaybdiid to central regions of Nugal and Mudug is to collect arms and organize militia from their respective clans to attack Mogadishu and undermine the UICs authority. "They are reigniting hostilities after their defeat", said Abu Mansur, who added that the self-described government will be responsible for the consequences of any ill-conceived new wars. Sheik Mukhtar Roobow who is known as Abu Mansur is one of the principal architects of the UICs victory and is often present at ceremonies where the arms of defeated warlords are transferred to the UICs. Abu Mansur whose is from the Bay region is opposed to the TFG activities in Bay region and has criticized leaders from Bay region for hosting some of the warlords who were recently chased away from Mogadishu. It would be very wise of them to go If this goes on for any longer we might see the government brake down I would urge the TFG to keep intact and negotiate or it might dissolve before the courts get to Baydoa

General Duke, you seem to have backed down from the hardline stance and unfair propoganda you had for the UIC, alhamdulilah. Congratulations, maybe you can now help and clear the misconceptions and unity with the fellow brothers and sisters

06/23/06 "WorldNet" -- -- In 1938, the year of Anschluss and Munich, a perceptive British Catholic looked beyond the continent over which war clouds hung and saw another cloud forming. "It has always seemed to me ... probable," wrote Hilaire Belloc, "that there would be a resurrection of Islam and that our sons or our grandsons would see the renewal of that tremendous struggle between the Christian culture and what has been for more than a thousand years its greatest opponent." Belloc was prophetic. Even as Christianity seems to be dying in Europe, Islam is rising to shake the 21st century as it did so many previous centuries. Indeed, as one watches U.S. Armed Forces struggle against Sunni insurgents, Shia militias and jihadists in Iraq, and a resurgent Taliban, all invoking Allah, Victor Hugo's words return to mind: No army is so powerful as an idea whose time has come. The idea for which many of our adversaries fight is a compelling one. They believe there is but one God, Allah, that Muhammad is his prophet, that Islam, or submission to the Quran, is the only path to paradise and that a godly society should be governed according to the Shariah, the law of Islam. Having tried other ways and failed, they are coming home to Islam. What idea do we have to offer? Americans believe that freedom comports with human dignity, that only a democratic and free-market system can ensure the good life for all, as it has done in the West and is doing in Asia. From Ataturk on, millions of Islamic peoples have embraced this Western alternative. But today, tens of millions of Muslims appear to be rejecting it, returning to their roots in a more pure Islam. Indeed, the endurance of the Islamic faith is astonishing. Islam survived two centuries of defeats and humiliations of the Ottoman Empire and Ataturk's abolition of the caliphate. It endured generations of Western rule. It outlasted the pro-Western monarchs in Egypt, Iraq, Libya, Ethiopia and Iran. Islam easily fended off communism, survived the rout of Nasserism in 1967 and has proven more enduring than the nationalism of Arafat or Saddam. Now, it is resisting the world's last superpower. What occasioned this column was a jolting report in the June 20 Washington Times, by James Brandon, alerting us to a new front. "Arrests Spark Fear of Armed Islamist Takeover" headlined the story about the arrest, since May, of 500 militants who had allegedly plotted the overthrow of the king of Morocco and establishment of an Islamic state that would sever all ties to the infidel West – to end the poverty and corruption they blame on the West. The arrests raised fears that Al Adl wa al Ihsane, or Justice and Charity, was preparing to take up arms to fulfill the predictions of the group's mystics that the monarchy would fall in 2006. Though illegal, Al Adl wa al Ihsane is Morocco's largest Islamic movement, which boycotts elections, but has hundreds of thousands of followers and has taken over the universities and is radicalizing the young. Its founder is Sheik Abdessalam Yassine, who has declared its purpose is to reunite mosque and state: "Politics and spirituality have been kept apart by the Arab elites. And we have been able to reconnect these two aspects of Islam – and that is why people fear us." And, one might add, why people embrace them. If Morocco is now in play in the struggle between militant Islam and the West, how looks the correlation of forces in June 2006? Islamists are taking over in Somalia. They are in power in Sudan. The Muslim Brotherhood won 60 percent of the races it contested in Egypt. Hezbollah swept the board in southern Lebanon. Hamas seized power from Fatah on the West Bank and Gaza. The Shia parties, which hearken to Ayatollah Sistani, brushed aside our favorites, Chalabi and Iyad Allawi, in the Iraqi elections. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is the most admired Iranian leader since Khomeini. In Afghanistan, the Taliban is staging a comeback. This has all happened in the last year. And where are we winning? What is the appeal of militant Islam? It is, first, its message: As all else has failed us, why not live the faith and law God gave us? Second, it is the Muslim rage at the present condition where pro-Western regimes are seen as corruptly enriching themselves, while the poor suffer. Third, it is a vast U.S. presence that Islamic peoples are taught is designed to steal their God-given resources and assist the Israelis in humiliating them and persecuting the Palestinians. Lastly, Islamic militants are gaining credibility because they show a willingness to share the poverty of the poor and fight the Americans. What America needs to understand is something unusual for us: From Morocco to Pakistan, we are no longer seen by the majority as the good guys. If Islamic rule is an idea taking hold among the Islamic masses, how does even the best army on earth stop it? Do we not need a new policy? © 2006 Creators Syndicate Inc.

Exactly ibtisam, there's a lot pagan concepts being posted for a simple 20 minutes request. Since when did Allah or His Messenger(pbuh) say to stay loyal to a nation or tribe. Ofcourse if a family member of mine dies if will feel a very deep pain, but is that a reason for me not helping other brothers and sisters. Its not islamic and logical what some people post.
-
Whoever doesn’t want to help, its simple you can go on with whatever you want, but know that I have yet to see a solution from your side to either help Somalis or Palestine. So please do me a favour and don’t waste my time and carry others that want to actively help with you as well. Its funny how you quote a Somali saying “Tiisa hagaagsadaa tukalena kudara", my answer to you is why do I need to quote a Somali saying by someone I don’t know when I get my references from Allah and Muhammed(pbuh) who carry everything that I need to live my life. There is no such thing as belonging to a country or a tribe, your only submission is to Allah swt and following the teaching of His Messenger(pbuh). The issue in Palestine just illustrates how divided the Ummah is at the moment and I we don’t need to go any further than to read this topic replies. The Messenger of Allah described the Muslim Ummah as being like a body. When one part of the body hurts, the rest of the body feels the pain. If we don’t feel any pain, mercy or compassion towards those who are suffering then this highlights how black and hard our hearts have become.
-
Wiilo, We can help both countries in a productive way and you can do more than sit and feel sad for Palestine and I have given you a solution that takes less than 20 minutes. Brother with all due respect, lets follow what Allah and His Messenger(pbuh) taught us about helping any brother or sister who are in need and as well ask yourself are you harming the Somali cause by writing one email to comment about Palestine? And ultimately whose reward are you seeking, the blue and white stars of Somalia or Allah? At the end of the day we need to help both countries and if you want to do it fine but dont give me this debate about why we need to help one muslim over another because there is no such thing in our teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
