Somalia: Is Federal Future Order Worth Defending?
A.J. Timacadeh replied to miles-militis's topic in Politics
why do you have to make everything a battle of somaliland vs puntland. i mean 40 innocenent people have died and everyone in here turnsit into another somaliland puntland fight. this is why a somaliweyn wont work. because every little detail is turned into a clan fight -
mobb_deep, true that. i agree with you. somali people cannot be ruled by any clan as jealousy will develop and more atrrocities will be committed. as you said every clan wants to rule the nation and expects them to be the legit rulers. it's just not possible for somali people to live together in peace without clanism ruining. if somaliland thinks that it can do it. i say let them because they will eventually realise a multi-clan state for somali's cannot work.

Somalia: Is Federal Future Order Worth Defending?
A.J. Timacadeh replied to miles-militis's topic in Politics
i believe that a federal republic of somalia would not work wheter it included somaliland or not. the fact that it works for the americans alone is too vague and too different a country to compare to the situation in the horn of afirca. when the federal government is brough forward and into action it wont be able to take control of the neccesary national situations and will eventually be isolate and we will descend into anarchy again. every federal state is going to oppose whoever is leading government if he/she is not from their cland and political point of vieuw. i think that the future for the somali's is bleak. we are troubled up to our chins and cannot think about our own sitaution instead we critzize the oposition. -
snw bro, you speak a lot of sense and your logic is understandable. however what i have been telling you is that somali's are troubled bunch and can hardly live together. every somali at one time dreams about our people being united and living side by side in a civilised and brotherhood manner. one thing that has always obstructed this is the historical hate that the somali tribes have towards eachother. we all know that the two major tribes in the north (one starts with a d and the other with an i  ) have always hated eachother and have a deep hatred towards eachother still. this is never going to stop. the youths of thses tribes feel that they have to continue honouring their father and granfather through hatred towards another tribe. now that they have weapons this hate is expressed through massmurders of the oposition tribe. the need to murder the oposition one feels is to honour their fathers and more importantly to them their clans. i am deeply disappointed in my people. we have a bond that can be strengthed through islamic brotherhood but which is actually being broken by hatred and greed

that is so good to hear. while all the man are still guarelling and butchering eachother women like hawa aden show those arrogant pigs what somali's can achieve.

snw somali's have been fighting for as long as somali history has been recorded and documented. they used to fight for kingdoms and control of important places(e.g. kenaddiid and his cousin fighting for control of obbia). they have fought for land and have fought for honour. this has continued trough the coloniztion area into the civil governments and through siyads dictatorship into the present future. the outcome of the eldorat conference is going to brink another conflict rather then a solution. i do hope for the sake of our brothers that live in horn that something good comes out of this but i very much doubt it.

i am disgusted. how can you laugh at a man that when he is not making jokes is butchering his enemies and praising his brothers who have butcherd his enemies -
SomaliLand Must Comply with the New Somalian Government!!!
A.J. Timacadeh replied to Paltalk's topic in Politics
why is anyone even replying tho this ***** . he is speaking of force when the somali people are dying because of what that has broght to our people. people like him ought to be punished for talking such rubbish. -
goslaaye, i once thought the same like you but i changed my mind becuase i hope for the somali people's sake that something good comes out of this.
-
Timacaddeh every one in here needs to stop critizing the progress of the somali people. wheter that is in somaliland puntland or south somalia.
-
rudy, i think you are a minority in somaliland if you still have somaliweyn aspirations. the majority of somalilanders tend to ignore somaliweyn aspirations and tend to leave those aspirations to the people of puntland and the south. i have some somaliweyn aspirations myself but i know that it is not realistic. i think that if the people of somaliland want to seperate we should allow them. we have no right to determine their cause.
-
snw i think you are too optimistic and too positive towards somali's. somali's are too ignorant to look at what the real problems are they would rather jump to conclusions from what tribalism had taught them. however much we want to put tribalism aside it will always be a plague on somali's toughts. the imminent result of the conference in kenya i think wont bring much change then the other conferences have. it willl bring another government that will be undermined by the oposition and will have th rule of just a small area in somalia(probably the place where the presidents tribe/clan live). i would not keep you hopes up bro. somali's are not civil enough to live with eachother so dont expect people to respect the new governement or leadership.

Ancient and medivial Somali and horn of Afrrican history
A.J. Timacadeh replied to Zaylici's topic in General
horn it' s good to see that you have taken interests in the history of the somali's before coloniztion -
la ilalahu muxamadur rasululaah. what have become. now we are murdering our best citizens. he was a true somali to his right and the murderers of him should be punished for this. we cannot call ourselves humans if all that we can do is murder eachother and our best citizens. ilahay ha unaxariisto, janadana ha ka waraabiyo.

Prof Samatar – Academe cataclysm of the moment
A.J. Timacadeh replied to miles-militis's topic in Politics
i think this samater geezer is a fool that is plainly in the wrong place -
Timacaddeh why are you so negative bro. congratulate our brothers rather then try to undermine them. bari, i think it's great news. now the khat will arrive fresh
-
xalimo sis, i know what you mean. it happend to me once as well. i tried the other one but that one took too long as well. i dont know what somali people expect to get from that. if they want to keep their customers happy then they are certainly going to wrong way about it
-
i would advise our pro-somaliweyn brothers to forget their dream for the following reasons. 1] the ogaden will never be allowed to come to somalia by the un. and we know what happens if we try war 2]djibouti does not want to join with the other somali's. they know that somali's are a troubled society that cannot live peacefully. 3] NFD is never going to be allowed to be under somali rule by the kafirs. the usa and the uk are always trying to give muslim land to other kafirs in this case kenya 4] somaliland does not want to re-unite with somaia and it's going to take force to MAKE then come back.

i myslef am from waraabeye in what the ''miyi or hawd as it sometimes called but live in the uk and therefore cannot be representing the people from hawd now i am living in the west. the residents in these places alone have the right to represent themselves.
-
i think all of us in the west should stop pretending that we are the reps of the people in the ss&h. we are all living are cosy lives in the west and the people in the ss&h are having a hard time so in no way can we compare ourselves to them and should not expect to represent them in our in arguements
