The people of Hargaysa were fighting against a dictator, while you where attaching your *************. Those cowards had to fight with planes against men who were only fighting with hand guns. Cowards are the ones who can’t fight men to men. They are like hyenas like you who eat the prey after another predator has killed it. Said Barre wasn’t leading a government he was leading a dictatorship, and Yusuf is leading a Puppet regime. From your ignorance you know nothing about government. A government services its people, it doesn’t kill it. You are a sick qabilist. And you are the only Hutu here. ******************* [ March 30, 2007, 01:36 AM: Message edited by: Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar ]

LOL, you guys are hilarious. Shebelle should run over there and take some pictures, before the Aliens leave us again. They may help us defeat the Ethiopians. Since no one came to our rescue the Aliens thought they should help us Somalis out.

He stops into the three-story Barnes and Noble in Georgetown, where he walks about until he finds his books. There are four or five of his titles. No one recognizes him, so he is free to wander, alone, next door for tea and a glass of wine, the night unwinding, his children awaiting his return, and Somalia in the back of his mind: indifferent, nurturing, hostile, endearing, a million miles away, home. I hope that is a mistake on the author's part

By: Mohamed Amiin Mogadishu 24, March.07 ( Sh.M.Network) The second round of meeting by the Ethiopian military officials and elders of powerful ****** tribe in the Somalia capital Mogadishu Saturday has ended in failure after the Ethiopians informed the ****** men that they would carry out house to house search operations in the capital. The meeting which lasted for several hours ended in deadlock after the Ethiopian officials told the elders that they could not accept what is going on in Mogadishu. The spokesman for ****** tribe, Ahmed Dirie told Shabelle Media that the Ethiopians want to launch massive military operation in the capital searching for weapons and terrorists. “They have told us that we fulfilled the ceasefire but they want to do the job themselves for their interests, they told us that president Abdulahi Yusuf has his job and they own theirs,” said Ahmed Dirie quoting the Ethiopian officials at the meeting. Mr. Dirie said they (the elders) have responded that they will defend themselves against any aggression saying that the Ethiopians have no right to do whatever they want in this country. Mr. Dirie accused the Ethiopian government of taking the idea of president Abdulahi Yusuf based on that a clan occupies another clan suggesting Ethiopian should play a neutral role in Somalia affairs. Asked whether they had contacted with the government officials over the issue, Dirie said they made no contact with anyone and the government will hold the responsibility of the consequences. The ****** spokesman called on the international community to make intervention into what he called ‘the extremism of the Ethiopian troops conducting in Mogadishu’ Nevertheless, if the ceasefire truce broken what is expected is major bloody confrontation that will cause humanitarian crisis. On Thursday, the traditional elders of ****** tribe and Ethiopian military officials agreed on ceasefire deal over the fighting in the capital. http://shabelle.net/news/ne2618.htm

Lol this is sad, Duke is bring-up something that has happened months ago, to avert attention from the @$$ whooping the TFG and Ethiopians have received today Remember there is no ICU, the PEOPLE of Mogadishu are fighting back. Kudos to them. -
Other than their title they are nothing. What “good” role did they play in the Somalia situation? Let me give you the good news, the most powerful Queen who is the Queen of 16 different countries has very little political executive power.
-
He was killed by his own bodyguard? Why am i not surprised?
-
That is what i said, they are the majority and not the minority. So who is threatening them? lol maybe it is Ethiopians. As far as i am concerned Somalia shouldn't even be in that list.
-
Duke, no one said eradicated those titles, in the 21st century they are nothing. Today the most famous rich successful individuals who lead their people aren’t from “royal families”. WE are in the 21st century duke. Learn to live in this century.

I love it when we are in the 21st century and people are electing village leaders LOL

“Today’s war orphans tomorrow’s terrorist.” That is a powerful phrase. And so true. -
We were silent when Said Barre took power, we saw the results We were silent when Aideed and his fellow warlords took power, we saw the results We can’t remain silent today, for we will be making the same mistakes. Staying silent about the crimes and misconduct being committed by these devious people, will only leaves us asking what have we done to deserve the wrath of Allah in the future.

They aren’t concerned for the Somali people. There interest is to fully create a puppet regime which controls the civilians at gunpoint.

Ha, where are the Ethiopian troops which left Kismayo headed? Yeah that is what I thought. -
March 10, 2007 — On 9 March 2007, Somali men and women demonstrated outside the Ethiopian Embassy in Washington, DC as part of a worldwide effort to bring international attention to the grave and deteriorating situation in Somalia. They carried banners and placards in protest of the US-backed Ethiopian war of aggression, invasion and occupation of Somalia. They chanted “No to Ethiopian Intervention in Somalia”, “Stop Dictator Zenawi”, “Stop the Ethiopian Aggression”, “No more Destruction”, “End Ethiopian Occupation”, “Stop Supporting Dictators”, and more. They reflected the Somali people’s outrage and anger with Ethiopia’s flagrant violation of Somalia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and the violence and mayhem that ensued. The presence of Ethiopian forces in Somalia was and remains the casus belli for the conflict in Somalia. Unfortunately the Islam phobic US State Department of Shame continues to deny the people of Somalia their right to self determination and is now attempting to legitimize and consolidate the invasion and occupation of Somalia by shoving the ill-advised “African Union Stabilization Force” into Somalia to “prop up” the puppet TNG led by Abdulahi Yusuf and Ali Mohammed Ghedi. Despite the US State Department of Shame’s misinformation and deceptive pronouncements about the situation in Somalia, recent headlines paint a gloomy prospect for peace, security and stability in Somalia. Today, the US and the UN are pressing ahead with their misguided, ill-advised legitimization and consolidation of Somalia’s occupation. The arrival of about 1500 Ugandan soldiers is the first batch in the ill advised 4000 strong African Union force destined for Somalia. The “stabilization force” is supposed to “prop up” the illegitimate puppet TNG installed in Mogadishu by US-backed Ethiopian forces in December 2006, but is already coming under attack. The US and Ethiopian desires to “prop up” the illegitimate puppet TNG cannot trump the Somali people’s rights to self determination. Undoubtedly, this mission will bring more suffering and chaos to Somalia. For the Somali people, the incoming peacekeepers are a real threat. They have been victims of so called “peacekeepers” in the not so distant past and are suspicious of their motives, and rightfully so. The rape and abuse by Ethiopian forces in Somalia has been deliberately downplayed by Washington, but facts are stubborn and they will not be permanently suppressed. Syndicated columnist Joseph Farah has documented some of the crimes committed by “peacekeepers” in Somalia in the past; here are some of the worst: · “…A Belgian soldier was accused of forcing a young Somali to eat pork, drink salt water and then eat his own vomit…” · “…Another sergeant is suspected of having murdered a Somali whom he was photographed urinating upon…” · “…A child, accused of stealing food from the paratroopers’ base, died after being locked in a storage container for 48 hours. Fifteen other members of the same regiment were investigated in 1995 for "acts of sadism and torture" against Somali civilians…” · “…In 1995, a group of Canadian paratroopers were investigated for torturing a Somali to death and killing three others…” · “…In June 1995 gruesome photos were published in a Milan magazine of Italian soldiers torturing a Somali youth and abusing and raping a Somali girl. Paratroopers claim they were specifically trained in methods of torture to aid interrogation. According to one witness, Italian soldiers tied a young Somali girl to the front of an armored personnel carrier and raped her while officers looked on…” · “…The South China Morning Post published an AFP report about an Italian battalion commander who sexually abused and strangled a 13-year-old Somali boy. There are also allegations that, in 1993, Italian soldiers beat seven suspected Somali thieves, killing one; that they beat to death a 14-year-old boy who sold a false medal and beat a couple in a car…the Italian paratrooper was quoted as saying: "What’s the big deal? They are just niggers anyway…” · “…In 1997, the London Telegraph, in a combined dispatch with AFP, reported that Belgian troops roasted a Somali boy. Roasted him! And what was the sentence for this peace crime committed during an operation dubbed ironically "Restore Hope"? A military court sentenced two paratroopers to a month in jail and a fine of 200 pounds…” UN peacekeepers have also committed atrocities in other war torn African nations. Here are but a few of their many crimes: http://www.sudantribune.com/spip.php?article20698

President Yusuf flies out from Galkacyu: PICS
Wisdom_Seeker replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
Ha, this duke dude only knows how to make the proud minorities of south Somalia look like enslaved people. Shame on you! The TFG has done nothing for the people you are talking about. The TFG isn’t even returning lost property to their owners. If that was the case my family’s properties would have been given back by now. You have the audacity to brag about the TFG as if it has done anything for the Somali people. Mogadishu is back to chaos, it is more dangerous than EVER before.
