He said, "We will hold those officers accountable for the recklessness and the escape of the criminals," he said. "But this is the first time that people, who were sentenced to death by martial court escaped. The AU troops aren’t there to take care of the mortar attacks; them arriving in Somalia unannounced speaks volumes. The Ethiopian and TFG troops have done nothing to pacify Mogadishu and so far there is only an increase of violence and people fleeing their house, which will create more health problems.
