    This war will end as a stalemate with the Sharif controlling North Mogadishu, the port, airport and Villa Somalia.

    Sharif's clan hasn't joined the war. The war in Northern Mogadishu is being fought by Abukar Omar Adaan's militias with Hizb-ul-Islam providing support, Kooba Kudukde with his Al Shabab, and Moalin Hashi on one side VS. left-overs of the ICU (mostly Sharif's clansmen) and left-overs of Abdullahi Yusuf's Puntland Militia.
