  1. Apart from the Somali flag dotted around the cartoon pic, what does the blue/red flag represent i wonder, anyone knows?
  2. ^ so if Erteria is looking after its own intrests( which i agree) do u not think the same is with Ethopia. A peacefull and united Somalis is not in the interests of the Tigreys but it suits Eriteria perfeclty. Since a peacefull Islamic Somalia will undouptly give poltical and perharps militry support to the Muslim opposition in Ethopia , i.e ONLF and the Oromas which means Ethopian military power will focused in these areas which suits Eriteria just fine cause it means it can persue its own fight to claim the disputed border line knowing Ethopia is weakened. So in conclution it can be logically said that Eriteria would rather have a united, strong Somalia that is not influenced by Ethopia. While Melez would rather see, maybe, a peacefull Somalia that will not support ONLF & Oroma freedom fighters and is no treat to the Tigray regime and if it cannot have that it will settle for the mess that they created and maintained the past 16 years. Just take the example for Somaliland and Puntland, peacefull yes, but there is strong Ethopian influence and if they step of out line the Melez regime can easilly destroy it, now he is just moving that project to the South.
  3. Of the little time i've spent reading the comments posted here, Ngone does talk sense most times and i think he is a valid reason for not choosing either side. But brothers and sisters there is a third way, a way that does not have to be 'black and white' but a multi-layered, multi-purpose approach to solve Somalia's problem. But today we face an immediate danger of coming under the control of an Enemy and i fear if they have their way it may take decades to overturn their influence on Somalia's matters and direction, which why a short term resistance that can distrub their plans must waged and supported.
  4. Excuse me lady, wats physical about tat, is reality, one must be able to talk about such matters if they agreed to marry.
  5. A question that will on my list is : sealed, slightly tempered with, or just natural. that will of course be not asked directly, but is way easy to bring it up in a convo and make her tell u all aboout. one other thing i must work out is the her cycle, it would be rather to useless to set a wedding date few months in advance only to realise is falls within that time of the month.
  6. All Somali are qabiil patriots than national patriots let alone putting Islam 1st, seems like we got the priotic order ubside down. is a disease we have, the sooner the we admit it the sooner we can start getting inventing a cure for it. When the Arta group were about it was the Puntlanders and warlords that were deemed dawlad-diid, when the Courts came some cried out it was the project of one qabiil. Due to this qabiil disease we have have gumaysi and it will be cause of the qabiil disease that this occupation will get worser with time.
  7. "Searches and cleaning" ku dhahaa, if u call the the killing of old women and children 'searches & cleaning' then u have a terrible inbalance in your way of thinking. ( pictures don't lie tats why the media has been shit down ) But its our duty to raise our voice louder and louder at least that is better than staying quite and accepting the situation as it is.
  8. The cit of Xamar may have been under oocupation but the past few days the situation become even graver. Since the news outlets have been shut down, the current massacares being commited are going unreported. Yesterday alone the Ethopian soldeirs being led by Somalis have taken over 90 persons from their homes and no one where they have taken or even if they are alive. Their policy has become shoot to kill, any person, weather men, women or chidlren are being murdered if they try to venture out of their homes or refuse to leave the city, Shabelle have puplished the pictures before it was closed down so u can only the situation has become even worse. The world media chose to ignore, as they always have done. I know we Somalis have our differences, but never in our living memory has a foregein force terrozied the Somali people, expect of course the O.Gadenia region, shame on us for ignoring their plight for so long, but now we have a little taste of what it feels like to be under gumaysi. There is long way to go before Somalis can reconcile with each other but there must some unity against the evil that is happening today otherwise we could find ourselves being phylogically targeted even in the comforts of the west .. Ethopia rules by fear and if we let them carry out their plans that fear will surely to each of us. We may reach the point where one has look over their shoulder before they dare critisize.
  9. Whats the logic behind this article, i fear it will cause more division than unity in all reality as it puts all Puntlanders in one category ( supporters of TFG ). It also ignores the fact that the TFG exists, not just manily of Puntland's support but also politicians from the H clan . I think the fact most Somalis everywhere are not happy with what the Tigres infidels are carrying out in Mogadishu but their triblistic nature makes them side either with the TFG or watever other group their tribe is part of and the Enemey is using this fact against us today.
  10. as we Somalis say, 'marriage is like dipping ur hand into a dark hole' and if u lucky u get some nice sweets atherwise u ened up with a snake. The question is is one brave enuff to dip their hands into the marrige hole.
  11. They will return inshallah, is getting rather pathetic now whith closing down Shabelle every other month.

  14. Sheikh Bob ( as long as u don tat aviator u shall contunied to be called tat ) was is there not a some tention on the black representation in soutth African sports, the local leagues ( cricket in particualar ) i heard there have to a certain number of black players by law, which i think created a huge backlash from few taltented white south africans who could not get into the team because of their colour, Peiterson (English Cricketer now ) cited this as the main reason why he chose to play in and for England. Such rules will ultimetly not helpe the black players since there will always be a doupt on wheather they got their place on merit or on their colour. Eventially ( given the right training ) Black players will dominate the national team in particular rugby but they must get there by fair means.
  15. ONE Question to all , how do u define smartness i wonder .. is a sister who @ 20 decided is best she got married and raise a famly any less smarter than the one da sister who persued her studies and a career. puting sisters and brothers into categories based on wheather they hold a degree or not is so wrong.

  17. A De Facto and not a De Jure indepedant ... in the eyes of the law Geedi is your Acting Prime Minister loool, not tat even i call him my Priome Minister
  18. Hamilton blew his chance it must be said, he chocked at the last hurdle , when he was 17 clear of Raikenon and still loses the title, i guess u can put it down to inexperiance. Again he overacheid way beyond expectation that it is a suprise he actually lost the title.
  19. Stop lementing the English rugby team, they did way beyond expectation and got the Final when no one gave them a chance. at least they beat genuwine heavy weights, Australia and France to reach the Final, who did South Africa beat, Fiji who gave them a close run and Argentina
  20. maybe the powers that be may actually want teenagers in the current state they in. is the order of things, keeping others in check.
  21. There a clear line between giving Dacwa and pribing someone to wear the Hijaab. The sister needed Dacwa and he could have told her about the beauty of wearing the Hijaab rather making a condition that she must wear it to get treat it. He meant to do well just went about the wrong way and has now fallen into the hands of the media.
  22. The guy has an image problem, so what ... as Paragon pointed this is not about winning the Media over rather the harder and more noble task of changing the current state of affairs in our homeland. None of u truly knows the the acheivements of Indhcade, u hear what u hear of the media but am sure the guys running this new show know something of what is doing inside Somalia , hence why he was named. Yes i think most are suprised that he was named in tat role, providing tat he did not even attend the meeting, but it also shows the boldness of the Asmara group tat they mean business and will appoint indivuals they know are cabable of carrying the task ahead.
  23. I wish to god some one could! [/QB] For starters the same agencies tat consistly pester Shabelle could close it down and at least dismiss their reporters from the capital. The question is why is Shabelle getting a prefential treatment compared to others.
