I kept eating too little to avoid gaining weight. I would eat like; 3-6 dates with a cup of Qaxwa A cup of water one or two Malawax wait an hour and then eat, a half of slice of whole grain bread and veggies or with a bit of chicken After Trawix: Cottage cheese with a spoon of greek yogurt. No suhuur. Believe me it felt like I was eating so much and my stomach would get full. Then after Trawix I do 30 minutes of excercise. But today, I felt like I was going to pass out, seriously. Then I calculated all I eat and it is way less than a 1000 colories even. So tonight, I keep eating untill I cant anymore. And oh yeah, I lost weight. It is probably muscle and water but oh well.

I prayed at Masjid the first 3 nights that had similar problems; a handful of teenage girls giggling and talking in the back when people salaada xirtaan. It bothered me a bit so I employed them, if they werent praying, I would go like "can you do me a favor? can you supply water, straighten the line, place late comers in the line, hush anyone who speaks out-loud, grab the Qur'an and read quietly. I like to see them in the masjid, better than staying home watching t.v or in the town really. Now my new one has another promlem; little children running arround and crying so much so that we can't hear the recitation and the poor moms are praying, ughh.

The first thing that must be done is not denial of this horrendous statistic, what needs to be done is we must name and shame this community. We must let off steam on them and insult them. Once that is done, then and only then can solutions be provided once they know they are "shame" to somalis and "human beings" around the world!!! We must let these people be known everywhere and let everyone hate them untill t hey realize what their doing is TOTALLY WRONG. What is the healthiest food to eat when watching your figure this Ramadan? The family prefers everything deep fried or soaked in sugar, Malawax, Mandaazi, cakes, Hilib shiilan, pasta, more pasta, more Hilib, ughh. I have been having stomach pains from eating all that saliid. However, it dont look right to eat Salad for afur, does it? Plus I dont eat suhuur so I dont want to deprive my body of nutrients.

He created it for us to get a sort of fair trial. God created us and with it gave us the freedom to choose who we want to be. In the mean time, he promised us we can run as wild should we choose to not believe in him despite his effort to prove his existence through many, many miracles we call living. Also, he sent messengers. But the deal is should you choose to deny him, which means you failed the trial and chose to ignore your maker, you'll answer to HIM in the next life. A friend of yours worked on the movie(in a celebrity admiration mode)wow!! On the real, the movie was awsome! The best movie I have seen in years; the acting is phenomenal!
