Thanks to ALLAH and the UIC after getting rid off the major WARLORDS, I think, more or less, we all agree on dialogue and power sharing ratehr than the bloodshed and hostility, so let's shape the future government. I would perpose as follow; President : keep the old Colonel provided he is fully supported the reconciliation process Prime Minister : it's difficult, I would prefer to come from UIC but given the current circumstances keep him as well provided to change his hard stances against the UIC. Defence : from UIC provided not to be hostile to any neighbour country. Foreign Affairs : from UIC or someone that they can trust. Interior Ministry : hardliner from UIC to keep law and order and to punish the criminals and corrupt ministers/authorities. All other posts are open to negotiation on 50/50 basis. In addition to this, there should be very powerful Majlisu Shuura/Culumaa (from all Islamic Madhabs and/or Schools in Somalia) who controlls the government activities and can resign the government/ministers if guilty (just Like Iran’s Mullahs or Turks Military). after the transition period, Parliament should come from 4 or 5 parties rather than the 4.5 clans, approved by the above Majlis and their ministers should also abe pproved by the Majlisul Culuma. Nuune, Baydhabo waanwaan bay ku fiican tahay ma is tiri. Let's first get rid off all WARLORDS and negotiate with the good guys in the TFG for Power-sharing purpose. All the warlords (including Barre Hiiraale) become MP's and Ministers not for their knowldege and experiences but thier enclaves in Mogadishu and Kismayo. therefore we must replace them by ICU Ministers and change the 4.5 and many other WARLORDISM principals in the constitutaion in order to form civilised government which puts the interest of its people in the first priority. I think this is the best solution available for Somalia so far. the alternative is more blood shed for something that is preventable in my opinion. Every sincere Somali is now happy how Mogadishu and Kismayo were liberated from infamous and criminal warlords. Have you seen how the ISBAHAYSIGA mosque was celebearted yesterday's EID for the first time in more than decade. MAASHALLAH! however, Baidoa is different not only for preventing more civilian victims but also preventing for foreign intervention excuses which could prolong the crisis in our country. therefore, I tend to choose the less evil rather than the giving chances to our enemies and proplonging the suffereing of our people.
