Secondly everybody should know and believe that allah (S.W.T) forgives every sin as long as the person asked ALLAH (S.W.T)forgiveness (TOWBA) and is not in his last seconds, but the sins are differnt. 1.the right of ALLAH 2. the rights of his slaves (people). the first one is easier than the last one, because ALLAAH is the richest and he can forgive, can cover enz. but we are poor and we may not forgive particullarly in the the YOWMULQIYAAMA (last day) so, Zina is a one of the IBAAD'S right like killing toturing, stealing enz. and we have to avoid it. Thirdly, it was narated from IBNUL CABBAAS (R.A) that he told his students that the killer has a TOWBA, but in a one day one man came to his class and asked if the killer has a towba and he replied(R.A) NO, the students surprised and asked IBNUABBAS (R.A)later, you told us that the killer has a towba and tou told the man that he has no TOWBA, HOW? he (R.A) told them that he understood from his eyes that he want to kill someone and i prevented him to do that because if i would say yes he would kill him, so i say NO to stop him doing that. thats why uluma said the fatwa is depend on the time, place and the person etc. So, if you're not commited to this sin (ZINA) take the LF fatwa and if u commited take the others fatwa plus REGRET and asking forgiveness for the ones who you committed with, if its possible and doesn't making bigger sin, e.g collapsing of families etc. thats what the uluma said about the TOWBAH from the peoples rights, WALLAHU SUBAXAANUHU WA TACAALAA ACLAM. Assalaamu calaykum wa raxmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu to contribute this subject i want to repeat the saying "the names cann't change the reality of things" the sufism begins the early times of islam but some misused and gave a bad picture, thats why many muslim ulams fought these bad sufi claimers to show the people that this is not the right way but they didn't fight against good sufism and they never blame the good famous ulamas like QAZAALI and many others who were labeled to this name instead they were using for their lives, sayings etc as a examples of a salf salih. Imam ibn taymiyah and ibn qayim are among these big ulumas who fought the bad sufism and defend good muslism weather they are labeled to sufism or not, and its unimaginable to think that IMAMS such a ibn taymiya and his student ibn qayim to hide us the reality of sufism and how it begun and its good picture and to show us only one side of the reality as many sheikhs do today when they are speaking about the sufism, they show us only like shekh abdi xaadir who's purpose to get as much money as he can from the shoppers of mogadsisho markets and forgetting the bright and fruitfull sides of sufism e.g how they fought against imperialism how they teach KORAN AND SUNNAH to many students who unfortunately some of them became their bitter enemies, how they kept us our religion so long time enz. so, it's far such imams (IBN TAYMIYAH AND IBN QAYIM)to forget the bright side of one thing and to concentrate on one side, anyone who intrest how they defend good sufism can read IQAATHATU LAHFAAN MIN MAZAAYIDISHAYDAAN (RESCUING FROM SHAYDANS NETS)and ARRUUH (THE SOUL) for IBN QAYIM also mMADAARIJI SAALIKIIN and others also please read RAFCULMALAAM CAN AIMATIL ACLAAM for IBN TAYMIYAH which shaykh defending all muslim ulumas (particullarly 4 big imams) when he saw some faasiqiin talking about them as they do today. so please don't generalise anything, sufisim has many positive sides and it will keep inshaaallah. if there are some bad sufisim we have to know that all islam madhabis there are good and bad fellowers, so we should be rightous for our saying. Thanks yacquub, I also understand your arguments. when i was talking about the names and claimers i meant as a general not particullarly a moderate, but i used as a example because it was our issue, and i am repeating now the names cann't change the reality of something or somebody. we have to judge the person or groups deeds not their names, because as i say before no one calls him/herself a bad name (unless he/she is crazy), everybody or group call themselves a good names, and often other people call them or describe them to different names but are they (ISIM CALAA MUSAMAA) or (ISIM CALAA QAYRI MUSAMAA) right name for wrong person/group or right/wrong name for wrong/right person/group. If we take an example for modernization or moderate person etc, first of all we have to ask ourselves what the claimers mean if they mean for example to find answers to the modern fattawas according the quran and sunnah and to show muslim people around the world that there is no contradiction between the islam and the new technology and they always compare the new discoveries and the quran and sunnah to accept what is halal or mubaah and to refuse haraam etc. we have to welcome the modernazition and moderates. but if they mean to abandon some of our rules or to show us that there is no agreement between the quran and the new technology etc we have to refuse modernazition and their claimers. So, we see that the word is one but the claimers are differnt because their purposes are different. that's why we accept one and refuse the other. Finally, I know it's sometimes difficult to distinguish between the two, but it's important to not throw or accept all the claimers without investigating what they mean.

I almost agree with sister tamina and brother kowneyn i just want to add the saying of one of the muslim clerks about the terminologies, Sheikh Hassan Albaanna(RAA) said in arabic (AL CIBRATU BIL MUSSAMAYAAT LAL ASMAA'A) which means (The judgement should be the called person, group etc not the name itself) which means we have to look who is carrying that name not the name itself, because no one ever called himself a bad name (unless he/she is crazy) so the moderate itself is not bad or good (even though it sounds as a good name) but it's depend upon who took this name if some good ulama's wherever they are were labelled to this name we have to say its good labelling (Such as Sh. Ayidh al qarni, Sh. Saalman al Awda etc in saudia and before they labelled Sh. Qaradawi and Qasali(RAA)etc.) but if its labeled to bad muslims we have to reject to these people not the name itself, because in islam we have similliar name which is MUJADDID and RASSUL (S.A.W.S) told us that every century there should be a mujaddid in this ummah. what about if a bad name is labelled on a good person should we reject that person, i don't think so, same as this we have to not be decieved by good names but we have to look the claimer or labelled person if he/she is a good person it's(ISIM CALAA MUSSAMMAA)= good name for good person, this could also be wrong name for wrong person. and vice versa is (ISSIM CALAA QAYRI MUSSAMMAA) a person who carries wrong name.
