Originally posted by *BOB: Nuune...Inter will skin you alive...I guarantee you this...Liverpool never faced tougher opponents than Inter...forget about Barca...last year with better strikers you could've thrashed them but Inter? they have the toughest defense in Europe and oh yeah they are the only UNBEATEN team in European top league. Inter to go through. Barca to beat Celtic. Chelsea over Olympiakos. Man Utd over Lyon. Real Madrid over Roma. Fenerbahce over Seville. Porto over Schalke. Arsenal over Milan. 5 out of 8...isn't bad yeah? I hugely understimated Roma and they've proven me wrong as they out played Real... Teams from the same league usually meet in the semis and not before that...will there be a change in the rule this year that 4 English teams made it to the Quarterfianls? anybody got news or heard anything on this subject please let me know. Thanks in Advance. Salam Aleikum W.W Peace, Love & Unity. Peace, Love & Unity.

Salam Aleikum W.W Northerner, Liverpool had the lady luck smiling shamelessly at them and Inter didn't...full stop. Inter had three great chances before Liverpool got their one and only chance up until that moment and if you're honest you'll agree that before the red card Liverpool were always on the back foot and Inter were all over them so don't become like a certain Mourinho kicking his opponents when they are down...that's not what Football stands for...you got the better of Inter...fair enough and Congrats but don't say they are Over-rated or they're Primadonnas...the whole world knows that Ibrahimovic is a world class player and Cruz is usually a good finisher...far better finisher than certain Kuyt and Crouch and if you watch Serie A you'd have noticed it but like I said Inter didn't get the break they desperately needed and in the Champions League you need to get the rub of the green to stand any chance...for example a deflected shot going in...another hitting the post and going in...the referees making two huge mistakes in both legs...you know where I'm going with this? PS. it was nice of Inter hardcore fans to applaud for Liverpool fans...I thought that was beautiful...Northerner learn from Inter fans and give respect where it's due. Salam Aleikum W.W Peace, Love & Unity.

I still maintain that Inter Will go through...the ref had a bad game and he made the biggest mistake of the night by giving away two qucik yellow cards...fair enough Torres dived but the referee should've known better by at least giving Matrix a warning instead of brandishing a yellow card...besides he was booking Inter players everytime they made a tackle while Muskateer or is it Mascherano was tackling players from behind "bloody belgian" and Inter desperately unlucky to lose Cordoba as well...after that you got two fluke goals...one deflection and one with the aid of the goal post...I saw countless times a shot like Gerrard's being blocked but luckily for him it went through...so it was FLUKE. to be honest as much as Liverpool ran around like a headless chickens...they didn't create any good chances which shows how good Inter were with 10 men...do you think Liverpool would've lasted that long with 10 men? don't even bother answering that because in the second leg Liverpool will go one man down and let's see if they can last 15 minutes without conceding a goal. Remember the scoreline the last time Liverpool visited Inter at San Siro? 3-0 yep...hehehe. Peace, Love & Unity.

PS. The African Warlords especially those in Uganda will be mad when they read this article...to them adoption means lack of Child Soldiers... Peace, Love & Unity.

Salam Aleikum W.W I'm not going to even pretend that I know the connection or is that a special bond that only exists between a mother and a daughter because I have not the slightest of idea what is it but I know there must be a certain bond that exists between the two...how do I know it? Well...when my late mom was sick she was surrounded by three of her boys including me and each one of us had a role to play...mine was to give her a foot massage since I was the youngest and rub vicks on her back ets while the eldest's role was to foot her hospital bill and the middle guy was to make sure she got everything she needed including long hours of phone calls to my Aabo and keep him and the rest of the family upto date... One day she told my two brothers to go back to their families in Holland and US respectively and asked my eldest sister who was in UAE with her husband and kids to come immediately and couple of days after she arrived mom passed away... it took me years and years to figure out why she chose her daughter over her two 'boys' and thanks to her today I understand that there is a special bond between a Hooyo and her daughter and I'm not surprised one bit by Malika's story and it brought sweet memories back and for that I thank her for sharing this beautiful story with all us. Peace, Love & Unity.

Monkey Business: A white guy with a monkey goes to a park to relax...a black guy with a batch of bananas also goes to the same park to do the same thing...after a while the black guy wants to go to the toilet and asks for the white dude to look after his bananas and he accepts. on his way back, he finds all his bananas eaten up and when he asks the white guy to explain, the white guy says to him "Don't look at me mate, it's your brother who did that" and the black guy quitely sits down. After some time the white guy wants to go to the toilet and asks the black dude to look after his monkey. When the white guy comes back he finds his monkey dead, furious, he asks the black guy what happened to his monkey and the black dude calmly replies "Don't involve yourself in this, it's family affair and you must stay out of it". Peace, Love & Unity.

Salam Aleikum W.W Forget about Babel...brush aside that man-tower Crouch...spare a thought for Ronaldo...the most gifted footballer since Maradona...He must be the unluckiest footballer in the history of the game when it comes to injuries... I was watching him LIVE when he first tore his ligament and I was again there LIVE when he did it again against Lazio 6 minutes into his come back and dare I say I was there last night when he ruptured a tendon in his right knee during AC Milan's 1-1 draw with Livorno and as a football fan you can't help but feel sorry for him... We're all left to wonder how many more trophies he would've won had he been little bit lucky with the injuries over the years and I for one...believe he wouldn't have been as desperate as he is today to win the only medal missing from his already full cabinet...he doesn't have the Champions league medal yet and whos to say a fit Ronaldo couldn't win the Scudetto or Champions Legue for Inter almost single handedly few years back when he was still Numero Uno in the whole world after all they didn't call him Il Fenomino for no reason and as a fan of his former team Inter I watched him destroy so-called toughest defenders in the world almost week in and week out and who can forget that night in Paris in the Uefa Cup final against Lazio where he won the cup for Inter even if he scored the third and the last goal but what a goal it was. Peace, Love & Unity.

You just want to drive Northerner mad...
-
Egyptian players are known to be religious and in 1996 when South Africa hosted the African Cup of Nations they played while they were all fasting including Hani Ramzy who is a Christian and their dutch coach Rudi Croll but pity they got knocked out in the quarters by the mice eating Zambians..lol Salam Aleikum W.W Peace, Love & Unity.

Northerner...Babel is played out of position by Benitez and he would've scored far more goals than Kuyt only if Benitez let the boy play in the attack instead of the wing. These days there are not many true wingers who can put in a telling cross...Giggs was never good at crossing and so is Ronaldo...the last genuine crosser of the ball was...dare I say Beckham. Peace, Love & Unity.

Maybe Liverpool should buy a playmaker like Mohammed Abu Treka...What do you think? Peace, Love & Unity.
-
Salam Aleikum W.W My Brother Northerner...Yeah I agree 5 points lead in February is massive plus and I don't think we will throw it away...I hope so anyway. PS. What was Babel doing at the Emirates last night? I heard a rumour but I believe it's just that...a R-U-M-O-U-R. Salam Aleikum W.W Peace, Love & Unity.

Emmanuel Shehi Adebayor...a Togolese with Nigerian parents...What has Wenger done to him that Benitez couldn't do to Crouch? What has Wenger given him that Mourinho couldn't give to Shevchenko?...I tell you what he he's given him...it's called SELF-Belief and Confidence which both Benitez and Mourinho know nothing of. PS. I'm not taking a dig at Liverpool and Chelsea...Honestly...it's just that I think Benitez is destroying Crouch and Babel (Babel was at the Emirates last night wathching the game while sitting next to his mate Robin Van Persie) same way Mourinho destroyed a goal scorer supreme in Sheva and Grant just continues where he left off... Peace, Love & Unity.

is Zizou laughing at Northerner...I wonder! Peace, Love & Unity.

Drum Beats. My blank page crawls with a million hidden words full of mind soothing phrases and ancient sayings their existence lies in the vision of the storyteller like the earth became my mother and the sky my guardian water the essence of my being and fire my strong passion the ground trembled with the might of the word and dust awakened awake my spirit and rise up for its time to kiss the heavens destiny's drum beats I hear and so my soul shall sing and dance son of a warrior from the ancient land of sweet waters I was born among the hills and the valleys where kings stood the lakes and the rivers that run soul deep and made many weep I share the soil with the brave lions that roamed freely and the ever-changing seasons of my native land where a poet's journey is a pilgrimage of conscience passion for sharing knowledge beyond everyday existence though too young to recite my ancient poetic scriptures I fail not to take pride in these sermons I entice my soul with my hands become slippery and my fingers crooked dried and bloodied words seep through my pulse chest hurts for I speak from this mighty Somali heart I clutch on to my pen that shall immortalize these words. Peace, Love & Unity.
