Marx How does this snatching of organs happen. I accept there might communication problems, but removal of healthy organs without consent is difficult to believe. Imagine in a typical operating theater, there many different people present who don't know each other personally and they would all have to collude for this to happen. Nurses, surgeons, anesthetist, ODA and theater runners dont get on at the best of times, so how are they going to collude. Furthermore, retention of diseased organs is also illegal. Anyhow, I would love to see and know how this happens. Its a serious because many people are refusing curative surgery because of this misinformation as Norf says. Marx where are these legal proceedings. Also, why do these healthy, fertile women need operations for in the first instance.

NGO have ruined Somalia and the people of Somalia. People dont want to do anything collective/community based because they think an NGO will come and do it. Also, if well meaning person decided to help, they will all say he is getting the funding from some NGO and they will charge them more to rent hotels/cars.
