lets be honest, if Somalia were to hold an election, would these minorities get anywhere near 10 percent of the parliament? do they come any where near ten percent of the population? what would be an adequate percentage. for those of you with such resources, please give as the composition of earlier parliaments and what share did not belong to the major five or six clan families.
