President Yusuf gets red carpet treatment...
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
while some are running around with cimamads, thank God we have responsible people like our president who are working hard to restore our statehood. Can you those tasteless morayans representing a country to such an event? May God bless him and reward him for his hard work. -
Biixi, do you mean to say from ras kamboni to ras casyr because ras hafun is in puntland but casyr is on the border og jibuti. Illah ba og agendaha jahileentan shaikhyada ismoday but why does it matter. I can tell you they will have no effective administration outside of benadir and some villages in central somalia. Also, I think we can describe what have as a radical unsomali and even unislamic ideology but not agenda. The fact that they do not have a common agenda can be easly ascertained from that fact that every memeber counterdicts the other and their administraters have completely different rules for each place. for example, jat is illegal in kismayo but not in xamar.

please respond with the heading Poison and tell us why or panacea and tell us why.

Can islmaist rule Somalia and can they bring Somalia out of the hole that it has been for the past sixteen years. When analyst of Somali affairs considered the likely solutions to the Somali problem, no one considered these islamist who seem (we can be never be certain but the turn around of members of this forum seems conclude this) have popular support among Somalis. Among these Somalis are northerners, be they Puntlanders or Somalilanders, who were diehard supporters of secession or Somali dismemberment because they were revolted by what was taking place in the south. This Foolish flip-floppary common among Somalis, can what has been our poison be a panacea now for all that ills our country. For me the answer is no. For all this years, these sheikhs have been the one who destroyed Somalia in every way imaginable. Yet I do not base my view of these warlords turned wadaads on their history but the actions they have taken. We seem to have a historical amnesia but this wadaads were the ones who were carrying out all this assignations when the Mogadishu faction of the TFG were trying to force the government to go to Mogadishu. From there on it was clear that they had their own agenda and were antigovernment. Granted, this Xamar faction also did not want government but they were different in that some of them (warlords yelaxow, qanyare and others) wanted a weak government who they could dictate to but these wadaads want no government at all. They also have lied at every turn. They said we have no reason to capture this city or that city every time they attacked a city. They said they would not attack the government but have overthrown government appointed governors (Hiiraan, Bay among others) and territories held by members of the government (Kismayu among others). They have said that are not “Xukundoon” but are trying to get cabinet portfolios in a tribally balanced government. They have violated the rights of people and committed war crimes. Too many to cover here but will give few here. Killing of kids watching a football game. Beat people for singing at weddings. Shaved peoples head for having western style haircuts. Continue to oppose members of the press who report something they do not like. Killed wounded solders they captured. Whip woman for trying to make a living or dressing in a manner they consider being inappropriate. Cut of the hands Hungary children from unarmed clans. They are inconsistent in that every members basically makes their own rules were they rule. For example, khat is banned in Kismayu but not in xamar. Clan matters In Somalia. Self-righteous few here have pushed by what has been going in Somalia into extreme political correctness. This has lead to either of three types of flowed analysis. The first is a self-inflicted blindness or delusion regarding the relevance in Somali affairs. The second is the fearful who ignore any mention of clan for fear of being branded clannish. The others are the shameless few that don this hat of political correctness when it suits their opportunist agenda. All these type of flow are present in the discussion of the ICU. The first come up ****** assertions about the icu’s ability to restore Somalia that is not in touch with reality. The second know that this group is not the solution to Somalia’s problems but keep silent. The last are audacious to paint the TFG as a clannish entity and the icu, a one clan entity, nationalist. A call for electoral responsibility. Of all my studies of history, I have never witnessed any other people electorally irresponsible as Somalis. In the very short history of our nation, we have experimented with everything democracy, dictatorship, oligargy, scientific socialism, capitalism and a host of other isms that is not in the interest of the Somali people or country. The roads that lead to will being for Somalia can only be two: anarchy in which each group is left to do what every they want but can peacefully coexist with the other or a return statehood avoiding all these radicals isms. the Icu does not lead to either end.

Somalia: The Impending Battle. Baido Vs Mogadishu
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
heretics are all ways the first to declare they are the agents of God. I for one would like to see a document signed by God before I accept you as gods fighters. -
how odd that members of this forum are banned for qabiil names but not for wishing death on fellow members.

Originally posted by Red Sea: Can I not be both? or are you saying if you are "seccesionist",then you may not be a Shiekh.Absurd thougtht mr. Naxar. No you may certain not mr redsea because like every thing you are cheerleading for here, that is a contradiction. If I may remind you, its in the courts agenda to destroy all the administrations that exist in Somalia and might I also remind you that Somaliland administration is second only to the transitional government in this list of targets. When the president met with the prime minister of Ethiopia and the delegation from Somaliland, what do you think that meeting was about? Lets just say there is a common understanding in this region that these wadaads mean well to no one. So you must be either a secessionist or an Islamist. As for you attacks on the president, this is the common denominator for all you dowladdiids (Secessionist, Islamist and Xamaris). This great man has proofed beyond doubt this he is not what you portray him as. You dowladdiids have shamelessly attacked the president when elected that he is dictator. Has this come true? Do you still stand by this? He has meticulously reconciled members of his government, xamari warlords, big headed and brainless speaker of parliament and incompetent prime minister. He has worked tirelessly to bring Somalia back into the international community and get the international community to help this country save it self from the abyss that it has been marching towards for 16 years. And all that he has accomplished, his done jumping over the obstacles set by warlords, Diaspora war councils, tribal propaganda machines and shady members of government. You also attacked his record in Puntland. That is very silly. Puntland is what it is today single handedly thanks to Abdullahi Yusuf. Its unity, stability, economic progress and ability to defend itself is thanks to the tireless work of its former president. The only think you can say is that he brought Ethiopians and took over Puntland. Reason tells as not fabricate lies about things we do not know. I for one don’t know what happened and what most Somalis think they know is based on he said she said. What I do know, however, is that I agree with the outcome of such a struggle. Puntland, I asure you, would not be what it is today if people Jama ali Jama administered it. I also know that for something to be illegal, there should be legitimately arrived at law that outlaws it. No such low existed. Clearly he is not a dictator. Even worse, you have switched accusations and now say that he is weak. I wouldn’t have a mind had you dowladdiids sticked with one of those baseless accusations. Put them together and it’s a contradiction and you cannot have it both ways. All in all, this man has fought to defend his country and people from all sort of enemies for more then forty years and has gave no cause to bring about your abhorrence unless you don’t hate the man but what his is trying to do, bring us back to statehood.

insanity is the reflection which appears as a result of holding the miror infront of yourself. I am afriad not but that statement hints of insanity. as for this TFG, of course its working for the good Somalia. It has its its shortcomings but so do all governments and, really, look at the state we are in,who are we to expect a perfect government in an inperfect country. Whatever it is, its the government and in islam, a bad government is better then none. One thing confuses me, are still a secessionist or are now a shaikh?

Kuwaan oo kale waa in laga nadiifiyaa bulsha, waa dulli u maleeya in ay sidatan wax kaga helayaan reer Galbeydka, alla maan gaabanaa, oh, alla maan gaabanaa......Waa ayaan darro in qabiil intaa uu ugeynayo, war si kale ersaaqad ku raadso........ maan gaabanemo waxa ka mid ah kuwa dadka fikiradooda qhadanwaya raba in la "nadiifiyo". backward, fascist attitude really. As for this article, what it shows is and has been clear to all sane people. Yet I wonder why we are suprised these dowladdiids support these warlords/wadaads. They have supported warlords who destroyed our country thinking it was in the interest of their "people" and they will continue to sing the praises for every fool that comes along and promeses them such. we will see were these terrorist and warlords take you.

Naxar Nugaaleed replied to Naxar Nugaaleed's topic in Politics
it must be th hunger but anyways, we know Ainabo is part of sool and part of the former region, nugaal, that Sool was curved from but that is not what confuses me. The puntland region Ayn is mostly the district of buhoodle. Is Somalilands Ayn region also the some region as that of puntland? -

Arrimahaasi oo idil ayaa niyad jab ku ah yididiiladii Nabadeed ee shacbiga Somaliyeed ay ka sugayeen Maxkamadaha iyo dowladda FS,iyadoo dalka uu ka daalay dagaalo sokeeye oo daba dheeraaday. This is a big lie, Somalis are not tired dagaal. -
She isn't fighting over the seat, she just spoke her mind, that is part of democracy that I know of, that is what made Bush look alike a lil monkey more so than before, because he gets rip all the time. I don't recall Bush being riped by current members of his government. An example of this is the iraq policy. powell desagreed with it with policy and even the troop level needed and yet went to the Un to argue for the policy opf his government.

having ministers like fowsia is a farce. You can not attack your own government. The way decision are in a government is simple: you debate a topic and go were the majority does. Even if you disagreed with the policy that is adopted, you should not do so in public and harm the governements crediblity and unity. With these ministers are doing is not even that, its an outroght attack on their government wither its wahat the minister for family affairs did or the others who secretly meet with organizations trying to undermine the government. This, for me, is one the few good steps taken by our prime minister and hope every fool/minister who runs around the world trying to undermine the government gets the same treatment.

Jaylaani, well I am a citizen of the country, don't I have the right to critize my president and my country, freedom of speech? Besides, I relate to both Lixle and Koodbuur. I could sue Riyale Kahin himself, oh yeah better believe itbudd, I would put him through the system. [big Grin] So you want freedom of speech for yourself on Somaliland yet are cheerleader for those trying to take away the rights of the people of the South, that, my friend , is what I call hypocrisy!

Report: Government troops moving towards Bali-doogle...Its begun
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
the nasty hidden agendas behind the propaganda is all too obvious jenerale. But might I remind all that in federal government does not "control" a country. you, its very difficult to argue with you dowlad diids, one minute the president is a dictator another he is too week. One minute the government controls too much another it controls nothing. People, make your minds we can come to a middle ground.
