Mogadishu: TFG forces take fight to enemy hiding in market
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
great job, hope they don't let up on these filthy dowladdiid and terrorist -
I can not agree with you more Jacaylbaro, truth can not be hiddin. why do you and other Somalilanders try to hide it then? SNM was a clanist organbization that not had extrime contempt for anyone outside burco-berbera-hargeisa triangle, but killed many peoples in the Awdal, sool, sanaag and southern togdheer who they saw government allies. How can you somalilanders reconcile on one hand praising these murderers and asking people from these regions to join to form a nation?

Dhanbaal Canaan ah oo Itoobiya u dirtay Xisbiyada Mucaaridka Somaliland
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to Abwaan's topic in Politics
let me see, you see as in your interest that Southern Somalia remains in the choas that it was in and that no government form there that might challange your attempt to cut the country in two, and you all see the Somali government and the government of Ethiopia's defense against terrorist who attacked them both and their attempt to bring stability to south somalia as wrong? Thats was suprising guys! -
16 years of murdering innocents, a terrible addiction
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
Very few people in Somali are blame free. Hargeisa thinks the SNM members were Liberaters, garowe thinks The SSDF were freedom fighter, Gedo thinks Said barre was a hero, I don't know what xamar thinks of the USC and UIC but am sure they think Highly of them. I think the Tfg is is a God sent government that has the ability return Somalia from the abyss thats its been in for more then a decade and a half. Do we see the need for this xamar conference for people to talk and forgive each other yet or what? -
really, it has become quite clear that president Cade Muuse idea of economic development is to put a big for sale sign over the state. People here speak of oil but thats the least of it. there are rumors that the coral reef of the Puntland coast is being sold. That despite all the protest from puntland business people in the gulf, One Saudi man, Jabar, was given sole rights to buy puntland's livestock. Despite claims by range that it now has rights to 100% (unlike the 49% that was told to the press early on) of puntlands oil, gas and minerals, H.E. President Cade signed agreements with the UAE's Ras Al-Khaimah shaikhs to form a joint Hydrocarban company:Puntland Hydrocarbon Development Company LLC. God Knows what deals have been made with malaysian or other Asian companies, but its clear that President Cade feels that he does not have to explain much. Member of his cabinet seem to agree with him except one, qorsheel, minister for sports and youth or something like that. Parliament does not seem able or interested in chalanging these deals. Despite all this, two things are clear. First, far too many people who hate puntland seem bent lately on criticizing its administration be they Somalilanders, Southern Somalis or misguided puntlanders who actually think the people who took up arms against the state in mijiyahan were right. Forgive me for not taking your concerns about Puntland, its people or its natural resources serious. Know also that as an autonomous state, Puntland has a right, be it bad or good, to do whats its doing. Know that all this is done with the blessing of the central government. Second, whatever misgivings those of us who really care about the future of Puntland may have, we have to realize that Cade and his administration are the only state government in Somalia running around the world to bring investers to puntland in an attempt to uplift its people from the medieval state that Somalia seems to be stuck on. Its up to real puntlanders to not do what has become fashionable in other states (Mucaarid bela purpose)and advice this administration and hold accountable Parliament to be the watchdog that it was supposed to be.

Puntland Needs to be rescued from the Federal Government
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Cade Muuse painted him self as progressive reformer and that is why he won against Maxamed Abdi Xashi a former president known to be a little inflexible. He apparently disagrees with his father by questioning if Abdullahi has the last say on everything puntland but clearly we know that is not the case. If puntland is doing everything possible to see to the return of a central, it should be cause for pride more then anything else. This federal experiment is a puntland idea, we, must keep in mind and for puntland not give hundred percent would be wrong. I Also think that the authers analysis is a little exagerated. Puntland, unlike Somaliland sees not need to station troops in every city or town that might interfer in peoples way of life. When Somaliland attacked Dhahar, they were chased out like every other town they tried to take over:Xuddun, Buhoodle, Las Anod. As for the Port Bosaso, its doing better then any port in Somalia. -

all those happenings do not campare to the fact that some group is trying cut a third of Somalia from the country and shamelesly cantinue to use whats happening in the South to do So, jus like your doing notherner. would you prefer that we ignore that fact that your trying curve this small country into two mini states?
-
you silly, silly man. that was part of the trap. The TFG had to convince every one that these poeple were crazy jihadist. Calling Jihad seven times on Ethiopia and attacking baidoa did the trick. When they made sure everyone was on board, the TFG attacked then from Baidaba, Puntland, Hiiraan, Bakool. At the end of the day, they were defeated, be it by the TFG, Puntland, Hiiraan administration, Ethiopia or who ever.

one city but hargeisa is next. if i may say so, it will be easer then xamar!
-
"some may like to wish it away, but instead of trying to solve their own problems, they seem to have a fixation with Somaliland." Your problem is that you don't understand that Somaliland is part of the problem these people you speak of should be trying to solve. How bout that for "Hitting the neil in the head"
-
i think we are getting confused, no one beat the TFG in xamar, the warlords yes and that was with governments blessing i might add. another thing, no one is saying there aren't people in xamar who are dowladdiid, but xamar is but one city in Somalia! it has suppporters and detracters. You can oppose or dislike a goverment but armed resistance is a different thing. when you take up arms against the state, the state has every right to "invite" or use any means necessary to stop them including asking the neighbor's military assistance. you can't take arms and complain about the methods the government is using to defeat you. put you arms down or shut up!
-
whose the people? looters, jihadist, dowladdiids and the warlords of xamar?
-
military tribunal, clearly, they would not tell you the evidence.
-
Don't be Silly geelJire, Ethiopia was invited to Somalia by its government. Yet that does mean that no Somalis have problem with the Ethiopian presence or welcome them with open arms. should that mean should blow yourself up? Should that mean you should kill other? Should that mean that you should risk the lifes of you families or the safety of you homes. The State of Xamar, all these bombings, assinations, killing will not harm in any way "Ethiopians" but will only result in the death, arrist of Somalis living in that city and the distruction of that city.

Mogadishu: Police NSS display weapons:PICS
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to General Duke's topic in Politics
No wonder xamar looks like a nuclear test site. -
unless we are honest, we will never get anywhere. we both know very will no one is being raped and we also know very will that these looting your talking about is few allegations that are most likely not true, three I don't like foreign people or troops is hardly a reason to risk your life, that of your family and homes! still that is not what asked, why do these people run to the safety of Asmara and tell these poor people to risk their lifes for a silly cause?

UNDP's Quest program for Somali expatriate professionals: Does it work?
Naxar Nugaaleed replied to roobleh's topic in General
"Is it because that I mentioned that I will only be working in Somaliland instead of Somalia that caused to stop them pursuing me" am pretty sure telling people you want to work in an imaginary country will make them question you qualification for the job!
