  2. shock of Bird force one? come on peeps, lets stop this none sense, wuxu reyoode ethinku maaweliyo naga daaya
  3. idil, are you related to the moallins and which idil are you, theres an ahmed and an osman. Addilatif, if your from south philly then yeah.
  4. don't you know Cade is from canada? As for as Puntlanders respecting Cade, thats far from the truth because every time his goes to Garowe, he is greated with rocks and protests. So lets not take sides on that issue because we all understand he must finish his term and he himself said that he would not run again and that he would not add a day to his term if he could.
  5. honestly, reality must hate you because am just pointing the facts for some of our dreamers here.
  6. ali Baasha Hasaan O state Zack
  7. Qudhac, i didn't say foreign governments took La over, that was cade, read brotha read. Yusuf kicked them out of bosaso you are right but Burco took them in. and as long as we are giving advice, you guys should stop all the lies your telling about "the inhabitants" of las caanod. Sandulle was sent from caynaba and xaabsade is dollar prostitute will sell his soul for the dollar, you guys have said, we have said that so lets not go back to that, we already come to an agreement. by the way, the inhabitants of la are the mothers and children shot in the street for their opinion. Me, there is no doubt that those too man are responsible. At first, it seemed that he neglected by focusing on his money making projects but now there is also news of deals he has made with Somaliland in his days as a rebel in ceel afweine. Afqudac is responsible in that he did not correct cade and because he empowered some groups in the cabinet while alienating other of rer SSC. As for what is to be done, we have to wait. Elections are near, these men were elected and that is the way they should be seen out for the sake of avoiding any more instability. Mind you, cade was elected from the regions that are suffering the most now: SSC. The Judicial system in puntland is weak and can not impeach anyone at the moment. As for the security of SSC, the Garaaads and other Isins from puntland, elders and the diaspora has taken that issue up from this administrations hands and have said that war is the only way to resolve that issue. they say they are ready. they have been busy biulding consensus among the people of SSC. We can only wait and see what Puntland and the federal government adds to that effort of liberating SSC because there are a lot of troops from SSC in the south and other areas and Yusuf has been threatening lately.
  8. i forget, even if you had the money, theres an arms embargo on the whole country (Somalia including Somaliland). Honestly, these are some of the stup*** things Reyale keeps you hargeisawis busy with like bringing recognition while he spends every hard currncy you guys have buying villas in Cairo, jidda and jibuti.
  9. Public or private, the entire budget is $25 mil, you think that there some secret fund for the militia that exceeds the whole budget because you need a hell of a lot more to make an air force. And what country is gonna sell you anything in fake currency or as you call them, Somaliland shillins?
  10. vice president hassan daahir Afqudac
  11. "H.E. Chen Shui-bian, President of the Republic of China (Taiwan);" LOOOOOOOL, seems like they're having the same problem as you guys.
  12. never take afnugaal series but if the old man said what is written up there, he is no position to be telling anyone about puntland ba tabar weyday all the way from Asmara. Yet i do agree with him that its foolish on the part of cade to blame the group in Asmara, but we know that Burco is itaxaad central and a case can be made that they helped in Sland efforts in La thinking that a weakened Puntland would give those good sheikhs from the south an advantage. It matters not though, sheikh or no sheikh, we all know where the blame for the loss of la lays.
  13. we have heard this before but with what? somaliland whole budget is about 25 million a year. Do you know how many military airports "Somaliland" has? Do you know how much fighter jets cost? more then this so called country's entire budget so please stop this none sense unless Somaliland wants to use birds. getting a National airlines for those dirt fields you call airports might be an easier task. when ever i talk to Somalilanders, i find that they have a colossall misunderstanding of what it means and what it takes to be a country. or is that all Somalis now a day?
  14. this is the sad fate of the African State unless the continent comes up with a comprehensive plan to deal with rebels and and this neofeudalism
  15. By the way, if people who were not born in the north Like Silanyo who was born in kilinka 5nd and the gabose guy oo ah rer mudugh, both leaders of Somaliland Parties because they are "rer Somaliland" why bother rer SSC about joining "Rer Puntland". never mind, that question has no answer!
  16. a realty check would have been telling you guys to stop delusional about SSC. Here you are talking about they are valued and respected and the debate in hargeisa, la just being taken over, is all the anger over why the Sland education minister took all those chapters about SNM of the history books for 8th graders which make nearly half of the book. How on earth do they both want a common curriculum with awdal and ssc yet want their books to be about half SNM. If Khaawi has any sense of reality he would realize that rer SSC are valued and respected in Puntland where there history is celebrated (Puntland troops being called darawiish and all) instead of Somaliland where they want to brain wash SSC and awdalian children with the fake history of a rebel movement that is responsible for killing their parents, brothers or other relatives. and yes Khaawi is bitter towards the Cade regime as a lot of Punt landers are about inequality, corruption and bad economic policies but what is to become of us as a people if every time that we disagree with our leaders we create new gobols or try to leave the country because that is the heart of secessionist argument and those who support it: we wronged by Siad Barre and Cade Muuse or Abdullahi Yusuf.
  17. stop the hypocrisy, they are all maamul beeled.
  18. i wish them luck but we know well that Malis are short on wisdom.
  19. GJ "What a load of rubbish. Ethiopia has been run by dictators ever since it was created. The current dictator is responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in Anuak region, Ocaden region and Oromia. He killed students on the street in broaddaylight because they disputed an election. The country's elites are fighting their own "kin" in Afreweki of Eritrea. So Ethiopia is hardly a good example for multi- ethnic cohesion. I would love to see Western forces stop caring, funding and policing the Ethiopian dicatorship. Believe me, there will an immense power struggle like Somalia whereby Amharas, Oromos and Tigrays would fight over who rules the country. As Ahmad Diriye, I would love to see him if he felt Ethiopians were targeting another subclan, would he care, speak out? " The piont is they are doing a lot better, they may not be the best but while changing regimes they did not destroy their country despite the fact that, like they said, their country has a lot ethnic groups from different races,l with different languages and religions. what would your response been if you were in the old mans positions?
  20. there are three things among others things people should consider when thinking about forming federal states. 1. size, Rules in the transitional charter define a federal state as two or more regions. in my opinion, putting two halves does not make two but one region. Maakhir is half of sanaag and maybe one district from bari. Galmudugh has the same problem. 2. possible regional conflicts should be avoided. This is a problem for western Somalia in that the Jubbas and gedo prefer Jubbaland. Darwiishland would be ok in cayn and sool (if we are to believe that the secessionist will keep their promise of letting SSC regions decide their own fate) but might have problems in sanaag and nugaal. Maakhir is the most disadvantaged from this aspect because it has to negotiate with three different neighbors to its south, east and west, most contested city being ceerigaabo which it shares with two or three other groups. 3. Along with being territorially and politically viable, states should also be economically viable. Decentralized form of administration is not only more expensive to manage, each state having its own little government but the states most provide a lot of social services to their residents from basic health and education to building infrastructure. Southwestern or jubaland could manage this and even Maakhir with its proximity to bosaso and recent efforts to rebuild the port of Laas qoray and las qoray factories could manage. But Land locked Darwiishland has little going for it economically aside from livestock and i don't even think Galmudugh has that.
  21. what is to be done with Shabelle dexe and hiiraan with out southern mudugh and eastern galgaduud. where they not included in "midland" state And what on earth is in southern mudugh and eastern galgaduud besides a mars like desert for the love of God for them to make them their own state. If you ask me, Maakhir state, galmudugh state and darwiishland would not be viable federal states and western Somalia state (Bay, Bakool, shabelle hoose, gedo and the jubas) is not politically viable. they need to go back to the drawing board for these states to make sense.
