Says is correct because "the Somali Community" is in the third person i.e Naxar says rather or I say. Ngonge, I think English Grammar is American Grammar but it would be interesting if there were some differences. Always had an issue with North American pronunciation of English.

i don't understand exercises to target certain areas of the body. I think the objective should not just the gut but overall health: Eat right (healthy foods and slighty lower calarie then is prescribed for your BMI and daily activiy) and exercise at least three times a week for like 60 mins doing both cardio and weight-training. Try that fr three weeks and see where you need to adjust. Important thing is motivation. I think a relationship with Israel or the upstart nation as its called would be beneficial to Somaliland. They could learn and gain a lot from this relationship but I have searched and found no credible sources. Instead places like France, Britain and The US, Somaliland should have focused on smaller nation that are also isolated: Israel, Morocco, Taiwan...
