This is no secret, Hassan Culusow's government wants to appoint regional administrations from Mogadishu. That's his wish but fortunately he's facing taught challenges both from the Somali constitution which orders otherwise and the people of Somalia (with the exception of certain region of HAG lol) who are awake and will never allow such foolishness. At the end of the day all the federal states will form a temporary administration for first few years and after one man one vote election will take place. In that case, whoever is the majority will win. Markaas intaas niyada kudista kuligiin.
