i am starting the campaign from now on VOTE ABWAAN 2016 -
Soomaalida qof uun bey isaga dhegtaa, war heedhe ama Melez ama cid kale Ethiopia madax haka noqotee they will always have the same policy (a weak Somali state), do you think a future Ethiopian leader will love to see a strong Somalia? common sense says NO, because they occupy part of Somalia and they will never wish to see a strong united state which will claim back that part of "Ethiopia". Anigu waxaanba ka baqayaa mid baarqab ah oo carcartiisa qaba inuu haddana koow kasoo bilaabo kala furfuridii soomaaliya oo haddana Melez loo xiiso;) But what we should ask ourselves is forget about Ethiopia, WHAT ARE WE DOING TO BUILD OUR STATE?

Abwaan;859315 wrote: And you are saying that these guys do not? even if they have good education their action record is as important what they did for the country during the last 22 years locally or nationally, what im saying is education and peace advocacy only doesn't guarantee a good leadership. experience and traceable record of action is the main factor. -

Abwaan;859313 wrote: MoonLight1, I don't have time for collecting CV for whoever is tolka. I am like if I get enough time to update mine. what did he do for Galmudug? Does he have to? The man has a choice. He sees himself as a state person. Yes he lives in VA, aren't most of current leaders thr same? I guess he nmiy have visited Somalia more than Omar Abdirashid, Farmaajo and Abdiweli Did prior to being PM. MoonLight1 I don't support or dislike someone based on what they did or did not do for tol. This guy and my two other choices are men of peace. I think that they can lead Somalia to a full reconciliation cause that is what we really need. They all have, experience, education and can win the trust of the people because they don't have their clans collecting qaaraan for their candidacy. Contrary to you, I believe anyone who wants the big job has to have a good CV of Education, What he did for his community (voluntary or investment), and experience. These are crucial to get a strong leader. What is wrong with taking part on building capacity of Tolka community, that dosn't contradict being a statesman (charity starts from home). -

Abwaan, but what i fail to understand is what caddow achieved, i mean other than being a fine officer on old days, why would i support a man who puts his feet home only when the big job arises?, what did he do for his community in Galmudug or for his birth place of Marka? any small or large projects, charity, or even peace mediation on tense times? honestly Abwaan why are you advocating him if he did none of these? is it just he is from the Tolka or do you have his real CV somewhere under your pillow;). -

i don't know how they solved it but there was a could hanging on caddow's entitlement to candidacy few weeks ago as he is above 75 years which is barred by the constitution. Abwaan do you have any info on that? -

{Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat - And you are at that time looking on - And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed - Bring it (life) back, if you should be truthful? - And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah , - Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. - And if he was of the companions of the right, - Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." - But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, - Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water - And burning in Hellfire.- Indeed, this is the true certainty.} (Quran, chapter 56. ver 83-95). This should be a lesson for all that no wonder how powerful or rich, death is certain and no amount of money, sophisticated Doctors, or medicine can save you when your time is up. Abu-Salman;859129 wrote: It seems Xamar back in the 80s was as well designed if not better in terms of urban planing from a relative familiar with the 3 cities; this is one of the biggest challenge we now face in Hargeysa as the town in colonial times was utterly neglected and nothing was planned (let alone for a major city with booming car traffic). No cambaabur since ages but I guess the new Turkish biweekly transit flight to Djibouti en route to Xamar will ease travel and trade to and between both cities; we are looking forward to holidays with friends etc down South . The biggest obstacle to Somalia/land's proper urban planning is the land ownership, every single foot of land in cities or even the countryside is claimed by someone or a clan, in that case governments/admins can not widen roads, build parks, open spaces, car parks or public places. Until all land ownership comes back to government hands it is impossible to organize cities.

i am sure all northern secessionists MPs would vote for Juriile just to see the D-bloc relegated to the speaker of parliament. But so far the candidate with the best chance to win this post is Pro;Jawaari who wants the job desperately. -

very confused article from a very confused pro anarchy website "keydmedia". Puntland aint going no where, but this notion of Puntland can not survive without the south is bogus, it existed for the last 22 years while the south was plagued with famine, warlords, anarchy, extremism, and balaayoo idil. Djibouti which dosn't have any natural resource and which is much smaller than Nugaal region is a thriving nation and a prospering hub. Marka sheekadan ah in Puntland ay dhimaneyso hadii la kala tago waa sheekooyinka lagu hayo suuqa xoolaha.
