A good trainning partner can be your greatest asset.I teamed up with a classmate.We go to the school gym on lunch breaks everyday.It is the best way to spend my break in between class instead of hogging down those Philly Cheesteaks and chewing fats on the school hallways..I'm already seeing big changes like taking the stairs instead of the elevator between the clinic and classes buildings...I'm more active and don't fall a sleep easily when I'm studying at night... Some days I work on upper arms (biceps, elbow flexions) while other days back and upper back.I mostly do incline bench press,bent-up flyes with the dumbells, and I run few miles.I just wanna tone my muscles...also getting old gotta keep moving

Education No more schooling time to make the paper! Family Make the wifey download little brats IA Financial Work few years as an associate and open my own place.I hate working for someone.Pay off student loans! Physical I will be in my thirties in the next decade.I have decided to do everyday a cardio...I do thirty minutes on the treadmill everyday now, but I'm looking forward to do more Hobbies and Recreation Both me and the wife love travelling.IA we will do more of this whenever time permits!

Yesterday I watched an ABC nightline segment entitled “Why Successfull Black Women Find It So Hard To get Married? I was not surprised nor was I oversensitive over the issue as it didn’t affect my background as a Somali (of course I’m black) then I thought about will there be a time when Somali girls will find hard to find a young successful and responsible potentials in the WEST. All too often I have noticed so many Somali sisters firing better than the brothers in terms of education and job security! I hope our Somali sisters when they become successful they will not become unwilling to compromise to settle for the hard working brother who is willing to take care of his family! I posted this video here because I know majority of the people that come to this boards are well rounded people.. Single, Black and female
