AT&T...this just shows how we are all connected in some ways..No harm If we are talking about the same person.Just let me know if you want to reconnect with your distant cousin....You never knew this Sijui guy of all people can relate to your story! haha
-
^I'm glad he only satisfied his optical illusion...no harm...lol

AT&T...Waar mayaa inaagaa xisshow hateey shekathaan ruuntahaay...Xaal baan Kaqathii hatikaale...Sorry for spelling mistakes... Ngonge, My distant cousin is a sand-diver...I swear this story was plodding close to home..I think the Iranian part was purposely fictional...lol

Oops! Sabeen Xiir niinyahoow!

You know my folks intermarry with your folks. You almost gave me a heart-attack there.I know Somone with the same description (of course not the bare chest part Istaghfurllah) .Waar maa tuumashiithey buukaahatlaya baan isiiri..A distant cousin of mine is married to a Somali-girl from Same city. Her Somali is worse than a Sijui...A highly educated girl.I suspect she went to University in Ethiopia before she cemented with her masters here in America...

Duke..haha..My friend is mad as hell.He felt slighted when his sub-clan was not given the respect he feels they deserve..Hope they find a solution and avoid these embarrassment...Not a lot people are hoisting the green flag this week. Many are dusting the blue flag and maybe asking the foreign affair lady to hold a space for them in Xamar..haha
-
I have seen a friend put up the blue flag on his facebook status and saying unkind stuff about the green flag....Fickle cala Fickle..haha
-
Haha..Duke is smiling today.Don't take solace in this brother. It is dirty internal politics......... Rarely does any official candidly and promptly confess to the errors of their government's ways and I don't expect Silanyo government to do that anytime, but atleast they should stay away from any decision reached by NEC

Carafat,I know she is tough and diplomatic, but I still don't buy it and I blame it on the phony Somali democracy...

Carafaat;897434 wrote: No. Somaliland politics is all about clan based party politics. Just check who got elected for which party and their sub clan. How will you avoid clan passion. http://www.haatuf.net/2012files/4185.html Chaaw!...waar waa pure clan politics...Its like me sporting Uciid jersey and my wife sporting Kulmiye jersey...Clan is indeed everything!

Naxar..Heh.I was just pointing out the very thin and dubious way of celebrating heroes on both sides..Calm down I have nothing against Khatumo if anything my points were directed at the Somaliland supporters digging up evidences..if it warms your heart that your folks were the first bombed by the savage British colony brother you got some deeply misguided way of celebrating history!
-
I heard that the second the British savages dropped the very first bomb on their Somali targets, the Somalis sublated from a factious Somali guerilla movement into a people in a celebration mood for being the first to be bombed. In all seriousness are we suppose to celebrate the savage attack of British on a poor Somali in a dusty town ?Never seen people that celebrate death and destruction left behind by an enemy beast. If any of you groups want to a medal or sound a bit too heroic for being the first to be descended upon by the savage British; May God help the type of history you want to teach your kids.Your self-indulgent pontificating of Somali history reveals much about the trouble Somalia is gonna go through for many more years to come....

Narnia, Its okay you can come out of the woods and just use this excuses to turn Haatu off... 1. I'm emotionally unavailable 2. I'm a stallion (am NOT saying you are a male haha) and stallions have to run free 3. I function better as a single person 4. I'm sorry, it's just not Allah's will 5. “WE POSIT THAT PEOPLE BORN WITH ASYMMETRIES TEND TO DEVELOP GREATER EMPATHY, SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE, AND MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS AS A WAY OF OVERCOMING PERCEPTIONS THAT THEY’RE UNATTRACTIVE OR UNINTELLIGENT" Senior et al, Harvard Business Review, November 2011; pg. 32 Haha thought that was a funny read..So anyone that I ever met whose face wasn't flowing with her/his smile (basically unattractive people) have deep seated insecurities that they have to overcome...So is plastic surgey an option then? Haha

Prediction: Somalia will still be a failed state.Somalia president will still be in name only.He is still going to be the president of Mogadishu ONLY. Turkey will keep supporting Somalia. Somaliland will still be unrecognized . Khatumo state will still hold too many parties, but not capture Lasacanod.Puntland will go into war with Al-Shabab and Puntland will win....

Somaliland:Protests in Hargeysa the losing party supporters angry
STOIC replied to Xaaji Xunjuf's topic in Politics
Xaaji, This was an open goal against Somaliland democracy..haha....In all seriousness People will always cry foul whenever their parties is disappointed, but thanks God Somaliland has elders and a system that prevent things escalating into destructive directions. It was really unnecessary for the one person that died in Hargeisa. Elections anywhere in the world always bruise and enthrall people emotions. There will always be accusations and finger pointing. I have read that there was chances of duplicate votes by some people and it is necessary for the system to be after the nuts and bolts of why there was a fraud/accusations.... -
Haha..Istaghuruallh..Imagine being taped at the shoulder while praying and being told you know what you are NOT welcome here.I'll be like nigger let me finish one rakaah first..haha....Once In Atlanta I have seen an incident where a cop was called because of disagreement between mosque administration members. This incident was fueled by clan politics. Few of the members decided to hijack the masjid and make it something run by cliques..Some members had to leave and form a new masjid less than two miles away from the old one. The politics was so nasty that it divided the community. The masjid belonged to everyone since the community members are the once collected the expense money! Most of the Somali masjid is usually run with the effort of Cab drivers. They are the backbone of Somali diaspora community in America. They usually pray and are family oriented people unlike the professional brothers who are far from the khayr
