Finally as in your earlier post which you refered to the Jamac who is clan wise from Somaliland but born in Mogadishu hence wishes its allegiance to remain with the latter because of its ties. Then that is no different from the Jamac born in USA, Uk, etc. who wish to do the same. I hope that failry answeres your paradox cause I dont want to indulge on the statehood of Somaliland since you did not query.
