Well you better spend time with your son. Otherwise, he might look elsewhere for a male role model. Nothing is wrong with working, but of course family is priceless...and time does fly. So do make time while he's young. There's arabic proverb that goes a tree if you don't water it when it's young. You won't be able to straighten up later..So basically if you don't spend time with him now and discipline him tomorrow might be too late. And, keep in mind mothers are "SOOFT" most of the time. I am not saying they can't discipline, many of them can. wa salaam..

But, most of us who are from the north usually use walaal whether we are addressing our siblings or other people.I use "walaal" pretty much all the time. Well that is exactly why McCain chose Sarah Palin, he thinks women will simply vote for him because he has a woman as a vice president. The truth is he doesn’t even know her. He only met her twice. Not to add to everything else that she doesn’t have much of an experience. So how can he be sure that she will make a good running mate? So he does think women are that dumb. So I doubt this would add much luck to his campaign.

I don’t think Hilary supporters will support McCain simply because he chose a woman as VP. However, McCain does come across as hypocrite when he chooses inexperienced VP. When in fact throughout the election he was working hard to point out that Obama was inexperienced and couldn’t be commander in chief. Hayem Americans Chose Obama as a democratic presidential nominee. Which tells you clearly that Americans are ready for a black president..

we knew that he will most likely pick a woman as his VP if he wanted to relate to Hillary's supporters. But, am not worried Obama delivered such a great speech yesterday.

if you got offended I'm trully sorry dear but I was merely stating the true facts. what type of apology is that? but at least i will give you a credit for trying... I don't know where you guys got this idea that those who marry outside their race can't speak English. Seriously, some of these girls not only can speak English but many of them even hold university degrees. So, there is no need to belittle other people simply because you hold different opinions. The bottom line is why don't we just learn to respect other people and the choices they make in life. The truth is many Somali sisters who married Somalis live in a hard life.So many Somali fathers neglected their kids and wives. So, Of course so many white or chinese or whatever converts can turn out to be bad husbands as well. The point is it all comes down to that person, that individual rather than their race.
