Alshabab are not welcome in the SSC regions. And, they need to stop the disorder/chaos they are responsible for in Mogadishu.

Centeralism will not work in Somalia. Siyad barre government was unitary state or central government and that did not work for many regions within Somalia. The only way Somalia will move forward is through federalism. Federalism is a compromise/middle way from being divided to being united. Through federalism we can convince puntlanders, Somalilanders (Northwest), Galmudug, SSC, and others regional governments that they can have their own local government and still be part of greater Somalia.

I don't see a viable Somalia coming to life anytime soon. My suggestion is Somalia be divided up among its neighbours. SSC should be part of Somaliland. Hiraan, Bakool and Bay be part of Ethiopia. North of Galgaduud be given to Puntland. Gedo, Juba and lower shabelle to Kenya. The Mogadishu clan should be left alone. SSC will never be part of Somaliland. So don't dream! Somalia will stay united and strong forever inshallah.
