In the established tradition of governance a care-taker government's job is limited continuation of Business as usual governmental tasks. A care-taker gov't does not pass new laws nor does it seek to announce any major new under-takings.
It seems, Cheeseman is upended that tradition. Since Deputy PM Khadar assumed (illegally) the role of Prime Minister, he has made major announcements, ala Boobsiis (Reer Koonfur term)
