1 pointWhat's makes you so sure that ICJ will rule in Somalia's favour, knowing the Western courts they tend to favour those stable countries their interest lie in unlike Somalia which has neither stability or interest atm. And also if what Kenya is saying is true that they will be landlocked by default then I honestly don't see the court in awarding Somalia it's own sea in full rather a compromise in favour of Kenya like 50/50 sharing or 40/60 etc. Gaalo will never favour over their own.
