The Saudis are changing their policy towards somaliland and the horn. It's all the work of ilma sheikh zayid the policy makers behind the scenes.I think they are very dissapointed with the koonfurians that they are so ineffective in Mogadishu. Most of Saudi policy towards Somaliland was done by the late Mubarak of Egypt. The Saudis just followed their policy of supporting the old defunct Somali republic. Investing in Mogadishu poltically economically but it was all with out any tangible results.I think this positive and we should cooperate deeply with the Saudis on investment investment and building a stronger economy for Somaliland. Since we are one the same side in the geopolitical crisis in the middle east.
