Maakhiri Somalis today are weak and divided . Somalia Somaliland divide.
Puntland galmudug divide.
Mogadishu clans divided.
Gedo and kismayo clans divided.
ONLF and liyuu divide
Hawd and reserve area and Bigfoot clan divide. So it's difficult to have a kilinka shanaad vision if we are so divided.
Although the points which were agreed on are generally good but I have the feeling that the conference attendees have pushed for the system where ministerial appointments are distributed on the basis of clan affiliation. The system they want is not different than that infamous Koonfurian 4.5 formula. I think the president should be given the choice to appoint his own ministers without worrying about what clan they belong to.
That said, it would be paramount for ina Biixi to reform the civil service urgently and remove all the unsuitable workers who were employed due to their clan affiliation. The civil service jobs and government service contracts should be based solely on merit. We don't need a government department filled with people getting paid for doing nothing just because they hail from the same clan as that the minister responsible for the department.
You need to explain more. Majority of people, you showed us, are locals with same dialect, except the one asking questions. Are you saying they live different part of kismaanyo district but now they are moving to baajuun land.
O_O, i hope you got an answer to your question, or at least an insight in to the Somali sociopolitical debacle at large.
if those fadhi kudirir replays disguised as "discussion" is anything to go by; we are a long-way away from an honest reconciliation between "soomaali maxamed".
Rabbi Yassir.
I feel you it's never easy to cut out a specific food especially if it's your favorite. The best thing to do is to gradually decrease the amount of meat you eat weekly that way your body easily adapts to and your transition will be alot smoother. You will be more successful in making a permanent change than if you would go cold turkey and have a relapse after a few days.
