Consider the positives again 1. Oodweyne will be in charge of the pie 2. His pie got bigger 3. He is eating it in his house (Hargeisa) Perfect opportunity to whip all the ninnies forever, right?

Most fair and closest to truth article I have seen in a long long time. The article lays down the facts and background prefessionally and points out possible solutions at the end. Its rare these days where you get the information clearly first and then you are left to think and can have different conclusions.

It will be hard to move the capital to somewhere else. But if it ever happens, a place like Barawe will be more ideal. It is not inhibited or controlled by D or H.

It might take longer. The SNNP central committee has not completed its meeting. Maybe drugging foot and buying time to do some house cleaning is being done. The Americans find this very frastrating, but cannot say openly to hell with rules, go and put a prime minister we agree with. lol Then comes consultation with allies like Somali, Afar, Benshangul, Hareri etc. Regardless of who it is, there will not be an effective one, since the Oromo and Amhara cannot maintain peace and order in their regions. They both are caught between diaspora and internally different regions, tribes.

Well, let us look at the positives. For the first time, the government found credible intelligence and gave warnings to the public. The next warning they give will shutdown the entire city because this one was proven to be right.

As much as I hate Arabs exploiting and taking advantage of poor African countries ruled by corruption, I think Djibouti's decision may damage the country's reputation. Any breach of contract like this gives future investors a good reason to keep their money in their pockets. However, China doesn't care and may be angling for the opportunity to takeover.

Anarchist wing may have helped the terrorists. How is it that a dying terrorist with their backs against the wall due to Trump's daily bombardments, is able to mount a spectacular attack? They are getting a lot of help.

If it is fake news, then it has to be dismissed by all of us. It is not fair to the women to be accused of corruption. But if this thing is proven true, it is a tragedy. Millions of Somaliland's money for the drought victims disappeared and people of Somaliland have the right ask where this money came from. The truth will come out.

Just because Donald Trump had success in utilizing Fakenews as part of his campaign, it seems a lot of Somalis are trying their luck too. But they do not know the difference between gullible self-centered Americans and the Somalis. The Somalis are well known for their investigative instinct and news gathering skills. Fakenews has little chance. The grand dad for all these fakenews sites, Dahir Alasaw went as far as registering a fake website "Kenya Media" to spew his venom and make it legit. It was exposed within minutes that the site was registered by him no more than 3 months earlier and hence since then that site went mute or even disappeared completely.
